NEW YORK, August 27, 2008 - The season four premiere of "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency" was the series' most watched season debut ever among key "Generation O" demos P18-49, W18-49 and W18-34. Posting a 0.5 household rating, the airing was the show's most successful season premiere, delivering 322,000 P18-49; 238,000 W18-49 and 167,000 W18-34.
Last night's premiere, the series first under the Oxygen rebrand, was up 98% among P18-49, 109% among W18-49 and 126% W18-34.
Oxygen.com saw record heights leading up to Tuesday night's premiere as well. Page views for the "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency" website hit record highs on Tuesday, August 26 with 764,000 page views, and 3.3 million page views to date since the season four site launched.
Other digital components rolling out this season include exclusive model home videos, behind-the-scenes photos and a bonus act. Working with digital marketing and social engagement experts, Wiredset, and Rock You!, the leading application developer for social networks, Oxygen will roll out Facebook tools that empower fans to virtually experience actions with Janice and the models including: sip a cocktail poolside with Janice; play twister with Kehoe; spin the bottle with Chandler; and relax in the hot tub with JP and Crystal. Other games and applications have been developed especially for the show, including: "Date or Dump" where model loving players can choose the most appealing mate; and a video widget that allows users to put their favorite Janice moments on their social networking pages.
In season four, Janice finds herself working with a new business partner and realizes that to create the agency she's always wanted, she's got to shake things up a bit. As the world's first supermodel, with so much to offer as a teacher and mentor, Janice decides its best for her and several models to live under one roof 24/7. In true Janice-fashion, this is not just any house - it's a gorgeous, funky Hollywood Hills mansion with sweeping views and a tricked out, Janice-inspired master bedroom decorated by interior designer and author Christopher Ciccone, brother of Madonna.
