"TORI & DEAN: HOME SWEET HOLLYWOOD" FINISHES AS MOST WATCHED & MOST CLICKED SEASON IN OXYGEN & OXYGEN.COM HISTORY

NEW YORK - August 13, 2008 - "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" season three averaged a 1.0 coverage rating and logged more than 21 million page views, making it Oxygen's highest rated, most watched and most clicked season of an original series ever across all key demos. Last night's finale topped off the season with a 1.4 household rating; while Oxygen.com saw an increase of 61% in the week leading up to the finale. This hit series is the first to complete a season under Oxygen's new on-air look and "Live Out Loud" brand.

This season's ratings are double the average of the second season, and it surpassed the network's prior most-watched season ("The Bad Girls Club" season two) by 36%. Compared to the full season two average, "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" season three was up 99% on P18-49 (averaging 659,000), 104% for W18-49 (527,000), 65% among W18-34 (275,000) and 124% for total viewers (904,000).

"Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" scored some key milestones this season, propelling it to Oxygen's top series spot. Last week's episode was the highest rated and most watched telecast in network history. Last night's finale was one of three episodes this season that drew in over a million viewers. For the hour, Oxygen was the number two cable network for W18-49. The episode featured the premiere of Tori & Dean's "So In Love" music video. The campy, fun music video features the duo paying homage to June Carter/Johnny Cash, Lucy/Desi, Sonny/Cher and Courtney Love/Kurt Cobain.

Oxygen.com saw increases this season thanks to the popularity of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood." July was Oxygen's best digital month ever due in large part to the series.
