PART ONE OF "COMANCHE MOON" LASSOES UP THE LARGEST AUDIENCE FOR ANY NETWORK MOVIE IN MORE THAN TWO YEARS
"Comanche Moon" Delivers the Highest Adult 18-49 Rating For Any TV Movie in More Than One Year
"Comanche Moon" Places First in Its Time Period in Viewers, Second in Adults 18-49
CBS's presentation of part one of the three-part mini-series COMANCHE MOON averaged 15.75 million viewers, the largest audience for any movie on any network in more than two years, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Sunday, Jan. 13.
Part one of the three-part COMANCHE MOON posted a 9.4/14 with 15.75m viewers, 4.7/10 in adults 25-54 and 3.3/08 in adults 18-49. From 9:00-11:00 PM, CBS was first in households and viewers, second in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.
This is the best delivery in households for any movie on any broadcast network since 4/30/06 ("Jesse Stone: Death in Paradise" on CBS), in viewers since 11/27/05 ("Hallmark: Silver Bells" on CBS), and best adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since 12/17/06 ("Wonderful World of Disney: Santa Clause 2" on ABC).
The second installment of COMANCHE MOON airs Tuesday (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) while the finale will be broadcast on Wednesday (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).
Updated Sunday ratings will be available on Tuesday.
