ABC took second place to Fox during the week in Adults 18-34 (2.3/7-tie), Teens 12-17 (1.5/6) and Kids 2-11 (1.2/5). The Net won the week with Women 25-54 (4.6/12). ABC outdelivered NBC during the week by 2.2 million viewers (9.3 vs. 7.1 million) and by 36% in Adults 18-49 (3.0/9 vs. 2.2/6).

� ABC was up over the prior week by 7% in Total Viewers (9.3 million vs. 8.7 million) and by 7% in Adults 18-49 (3.0/9 vs. 2.8/8). The Net attracted its largest audience in 6 weeks � since the w/o 2/19/07, the week of the Academy Awards telecast.

Weekly Rankings: ABC aired 7 of the Top 20 TV programs during the week among Adults 18-49, including 3 of the Top 10 shows: "Desperate Housewives" � No. 6, "Lost" � No. 8, "Dancing with the Stars" � No. 9, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" � No. 12, "Brothers & Sisters" � No. 13, "Dancing with the Stars the Results" � No. 15 and "The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman" � No. 18. ABC also delivered 3 of the Top 10 most-watched television shows during the week: "DWTS" � No. 6, "Desperate Housewives" � No. 7 and "DWTS the Results Show" � No. 9. With "Lost" and "Brothers & Sisters," ABC claimed the Top 2 10 o'clock series for the week in Adults 18-49.

Monday

Boosted by another strong turn-out for "Dancing with the Stars" leading into the premiere of "The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman," ABC stood as Monday's most-watched network (14.8 million) for the third consecutive week. The Network also held the No. 1 position for the evening in each of the women demographics (W18-34 � 5.3/14, W18-49 � 6.3/16 & W25-54 � 7.2/17) and among Kids 2-11 (1.6/7). Competing against CBS' NCAA Basketball Championship coverage during prime, ABC ranked as the top non-sports network on Monday in Adults 18-49 (4.3/11), topping Fox by 10% (3.9/10) and NBC by 54% (2.8/7).

� ABC was up from the same Monday last year -- when it also went up against CBS' NCAA Championship Basketball Game -- by 6.8 million viewers and by 34% in Adults 18-49 (8.0 million & 3.2/8 on 4/3/06). In fact ABC delivered its highest numbers opposite the NCAA Championship Basketball Game in 12 years among Total Viewers, and in 9 years among Adults 18-49 � since 4/3/95 and 3/30/98, respectively.

"Dancing with the Stars" (8:00-9:45 p.m.)

Winning its time period, ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" was the No. 1 non-sports program on Monday night in Total Viewers (18.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (4.8/13). Topping the NCAA Championship, "DWTS" ranked as the No. 1 TV program of the night across each of the women demographics (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54) and among Kids 2-11.

� Despite going up against the championship college basketball game for part of its broadcast, "Dancing with the Stars" increased its overall audience from the comparable third installment of the show last season (18.2 million vs. 17.9 million on 9/26/06).

"The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman" (9:45-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's "The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman" opened with an average audience of 9.9 million viewers and a 3.7 rating, 9 share in Adults 18-49. Trailing only "DWTS," "The Bachelor" ranked as the No. 2 program of the night across the key women demos: W18-34 (4.8/13), W18-49 (5.4/13) and W25-54 (5.6/13).

� ABC's "The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman" opened with 2.4 million more viewers (9.9 million vs. 7.5 million) and with 19% more Adults 18-49 (3.7/9 vs. 3.1/8) than the most recent edition of the franchise ("The Bachelor: Rome" on 10/2/06). In fact it was the most-watched season premiere for "The Bachelor" in 3 years (Five "The Bachelors" ago) � since 4/7/04.

Tuesday

"Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Launching from its lead-in by 10.8 million viewers (15.0 million vs. 4.2 million) and by 160% among young adults (3.9/10 vs. 1.5/4) against Fox's "American Idol"-fueled "House" in the 9 o'clock hour, ABC's "Dancing with the Stars the Results Show" posted a strong second-place finish in its time period in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. Although CBS had a decided lead-in advantage coming into the time slot, "DWTS the Results Show" moved ahead of third-place CBS in the hour by 5.2 million viewers and by 34% in Adults 18-49 ("The Unit" (R) = 9.8 million & 2.9/7). Miss USA 2004, Shandi Finnessey, was the second celebrity dancer to be eliminated from the ABC dance competition. From start to finish, the ABC unscripted program gained 1.1 million viewers (14.4 million to 15.5 million) and 8% among Adults 18-49 (3.7/9 to 4.0/10).

� "DWTS the Results Show" improved the hour for ABC by 11.8 million viewers and by 225% in Adults 18-49 (3.2 million & 1.2/3 in AD18-49 on 4/4/06).

� Despite increased competition in its time period, "DWTS the Results Show" was up from its comparable second installment for the most recent edition last September (9/20/06) among Adults 18-49 (+5%), across the key women demos (W18-34 +8%, W218-49 +6% and W25-54 +2%) and Teens 12-17 (+33%).

Boston Legal" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's "Boston Legal" delivered a solid second place during the 10 o'clock hour among Total Viewers (10.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.6/7).

� "Boston Legal" attracted its largest audience in 4 months and its top Adult 18-49 number since February � since 12/5/06 and 2/13/07, respectively. In the hour, the ABC legal drama posted its strongest Women 18-34 number (2.3/7) since October � since 10/17/06.

Wednesday

ABC took second place to Fox on Wednesday evening among Adults 18-49 (3.1/9), besting third-place CBS by 15% (2.7/8) and fourth-place NBC by 41% (2.2/6).

"George Lopez" (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

Growing from its lead-in, "George Lopez" generated ABC's top Total Viewer (6.5 million) and Adult 18-49 (2.5/7) numbers in the time period since January � since 1/17/07 and 1/10/17, respectively. Among Adults 18-49, ABC's "George Lopez" beat its CBS and NBC competition in its time period, including "Jericho" (2.2/6) and "Friday Night Lights" (2.0/6).

"Lost" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in by 6.9 million viewers (11.7 million vs. 4.8 million) and by 145% in young adults (4.9/13 vs. 2.0/5), "Lost" dominated Wednesday's 10 o'clock hour in Total Viewers (11.7 million) and across the adult demographics: Adults 18-34 (4.3/13), Adults 18-49 (4.9/13) and Adults 25-54 (5.5/14). In fact the ABC drama has won its hour in the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic on all 9 telecasts since entering its new time slot.

� Despite its late time period and declining TV usage levels, "Lost" grew its viewer (11.5 million to 11.8 million) and young adult audience (4.8/13 to 5.0/14) from its first half-hour to its second half-hour.

� "Lost" increased its overall audience week to week (11.7 million vs. 11.5 million) and was also up in Adults 25-54 (5.5/14 vs. 5.4/14).

� "Lost" improved the hour for ABC over the same night a year ago by 4.0 million viewers and 63% in Adults 18-49 (7.7 million & 3.0/8 on 4/5/06).

Thursday

With 2/3 of ABC's schedule in repeat, the Net finished second on the night behind CBS' all original lineup in Total Viewers (7.5 million) and across each of the key women demographics: Women (3.1/9), Women 18-49 (3.8/10) and Women 25-54 (4.3/11).

"Grey's Anatomy" (9:00-10:01 p.m.)

A repeat airing of ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" took second place in the 9 o'clock hour in Total Viewers (8.7 million) and Adults 18-49 (3.1/9), behind CBS' original "C.S.I." ABC's repeat "Grey's

defeated third-place NBC's original comedies ("30 Rock"/"Scrubs") by 3.6 million viewers and by 29% in Adults 18-49 (NBC = 5.1 million & 2.4/7).

"October Road" (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

"October Road" ranked No. 1 in the 10 o'clock hour among Women 18-49 (4.5/12) and Women 18-34 (3.6/12), while placing a strong second with viewers (7.7 million) and young adults (3.0/9). Additionally, the new ABC drama was the No. 2 TV show on Thursday night with Women 18-34, behind only CBS' original airing of the veteran "C.S.I."

� For the second week in a row, "October Road" built on its lead-in among Adults 18-34 (2.5/8 vs. 2.3/7) and Women 18-34 (3.9/12 vs. 3.6/10). The new series held 97% of its Adult 18-49 lead-in (3.0/9 vs. 3.1/9).

Friday

"Wife Swap" (9:01-10:00 p.m.)

Airing against all-original programming, ABC's repeat airing of "Wife Swap" took second in the hour among Adults 18-49 (1.8/6), defeating NBC's "Raines" (1.7/5) and Fox's "Wedding Bells" (1.3/4).

� "Wife Swap" posted week-to-week increases for ABC in the hour of 1.5 million viewers (4.6 million vs. 3.1 million) and of 64% among Adults 18-49 (1.8/6 vs. 1.1/4).

Saturday

Saturday Primetime: "The Ten Commandments" (8:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's annual broadcast of the 1956 theatrical, "The Ten Commandments," made the Network No. 1 on Saturday in Total Viewers (7.9 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.4/8).

Sunday

Although ABC aired repeat programming in the first hour of prime against all-original competition on CBS and NBC, ABC dominated Easter Sunday among Adults 18-49. During Sunday's primetime, ABC (4.2/12) beat out second-place CBS by 45% (2.9/8), third-place NBC by 100% (2.1/6) and fourth-place Fox by 121% (1.9/5).

� ABC's "Desperate Housewives" stood as Sunday's No. 1 TV show in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. ABC aired the Top 3 TV programs of the evening in Adults 18-49, with "Housewives," "Home Edition" and "Brothers & Sisters."

"America's Funniest Home Videos" (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

ABC's repeat airing of "America's Funniest Home Videos" delivered a strong second place to CBS during the 7 o'clock, beating third-place NBC's original "Dateline" by 2.3 million viewers (7.6 million vs. 5.3 million) and by 85% in Adults 18-49 (2.4/8 vs. 1.3/4). The replay "Videos" ranked No. 1 in the hour among Adults 18-34 (1.6/6-tie), Teens 12-17 (1.4/6) and Kids 2-11 (2.2/10).

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" won the 8 o'clock hour, beating second-place CBS' "Amazing Race All-Stars" by 2.9 million viewers (12.1 million vs. 9.2 million) and by 45% in Adults 18-49 (4.2/12 vs. 2.9/8). ABC's broad skewing "Home Edition" qualified as No. 1 TV show on Sunday evening with Kids 2-11 (2.9/11).

"Desperate Housewives" (9:00-10:01 p.m.)

On its first original telecast since the beginning of March, ABC's "Desperate Housewives" overshadowed its time period competition. The No. 1 TV program of the night, "Housewives" bested its nearest competition in the 9 o'clock hour by 4.2 million viewers (15.9 million vs. 11.3 million - CBS' "Cold Case") and by 118% in Adults 18-49 (6.1/15 vs. 2.8/7 � NBC's "Deal Or No Deal").

"Brothers & Sisters" (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's "Brother's Sisters" ranked a strong No. 1 during the 10 o'clock hour in Adults 18-49, topping second-place CBS' "Without a Trace" by 8% (4.0/10 vs. 3.6/9). The ABC freshman drama also won its time period among Adults 18-34 (3.8/8) and across each of the women demographics: W18-34 (4.0/11), W18-49 (5.5/14) and W25-54 (6.3/15).
