ABC earned second place to �Idol�-fueled Fox on Wednesday evening among Adults 18-34 (2.7/8).

ABC�s �George Lopez� took second place in Adults 18-49 (2.6/7) to Fox�s �Bones� at 8:00 p.m., beating CBS� �Return to Jericho� by 18% (2.2/6) and NBC�s �Friday Night Lights� by 8% (2.4/7).

Against Fox�s �American Idol� and originals of CBS� �Criminal Minds� and NBC�s �Deal or No Deal,� ABC�s repeat telecast of �Lost� drew an average audience of 5.0 million viewers and a 2.1 rating, 5 share among Adults 18-49.

Self-starter �Lost� posted even bigger increases from its lead-in on its second week in Wednesday�s 10 o�clock hour, surging by 7.8 million viewers (12.8 million vs. 5.0 million) and by 167% in Adults 18-49 (5.6/14 vs. 2.1/5). �Lost� moved ABC up to make it a strong No. 1 at 10:00 p.m., beating CBS� time period veteran �C.S.I.: NY� by wide margins in each of the adult demographics: AD18-34 +61% (5.0/15 vs. 3.1/9), AD18-49 +27% (5.6/14 vs. 4.4/11) and AD25-54 +11% (6.1/15 vs. 5.5/13). ABC�s younger skewing drama also led the hour by 65% among Teens 12-17 over its nearest competition (2.8/10 vs. 1.7/6 � CBS).
� For the second week in a row, ABC�s �Lost� stood as Wednesday�s No. 1 scripted program in the key Adult 18-49 demographic.
