CBS WINS SUNDAY IN VIEWERS AND ADULTS 25-54 FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE WEEK
The Hallmark Hall of Fame Presentation of "The Valley of Light" Places First in Viewers and Adults 25-54 and a Competitive Second in Adults 18-49
"Cold Case" Delivers Its Largest Audience Since its Season Premiere
CBS placed first in viewers and adults 25-54 for the third consecutive Sunday with 60 MINUTES, COLD CASE and the Hallmark Hall of Fame Presentation of "The Valley of Light," according to preliminary Nielsen Live Plus same-day ratings for Jan. 28.
60 MINUTES was first in households (9.3/15), viewers (14.35m), tied for first in adults 25-54 (3.7/09, with ABC) and second in adults 18-49 (2.6/07).
COLD CASE, from 8:00-9:00PM, was first in households (9.4/14), viewers (15.14m) and adults 25-54 (4.9/11). COLD CASE was the night's #1 program in households, viewers and adults 25-54 with its best viewer performance since the season premiere on Sept. 24, 2006.
The Hallmark Hall of Fame Presentation of "The Valley of Light" (S), starring Chris Klein and Gretchen Mol, was first in households (9.3/14), viewers (14.73m), adults 25-54 (3.9/09) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (2.9/07, with ABC and -0.2 behind NBC).
This is the best viewer delivery for any movie on any broadcast network since 4/30/06's CBS SUNDAY MOVIE "Jesse Stone: Death in Paradise" (14.81m viewers).
For the night, CBS was first in households (9.3/14), viewers (14.73m), adults 25-54 (4.1/09) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (3.0/07, with FOX).
