Maury' and 'The Jerry Springer Show' Deliver Season-High Ratings in Households, Key Demos and Total Viewers

�Maury� Averaged 4.8 Million Viewers per Episode; �The Jerry Springer Show� Averaged 3.5 Million Viewers per Telecast

�Access Hollywood� and �The Jane Pauley Show� Hit Season Best Ratings in Key Demos

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. -- January 11, 2005 -- NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution's "The Jerry Springer Show� and �Maury� both scored their best ratings of the season in households, key demos and total viewers during the week of December 27, 2004, according to Nielsen Media Research data.

Two other NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution series, �Access Hollywood� and �The Jane Pauley Show,� scored season-high ratings in key demos during the most recent week.

"Maury" averaged 4.7 million viewers per episode (season-high) and hit its best household rating of the season (3.5), up 9% over the previous week. The series was up 9% over the same week last year and scored its highest ratings in 46 weeks. �Maury� also delivered its best rating of the season with Women 25-54 (2.1), up 11% over the same week last year and tied season-high ratings with Women 18-49 (2.2), up 10% over the same week last year.

"The Jerry Springer Show" delivered its best rating of the season in households (2.6), up 13% from the previous week and averaged 3.5 million viewers per telecast, the show�s best since August 2003 (72 weeks). Springer also hit season-high ratings with Women 18-49 (1.3), up 8% from the previous week, and Women 25-54 (1.4), up 17% from the previous week.

�Access Hollywood� scored season best ratings with Men 18-49 (1.1), up 22% over the previous week, while tying season-high ratings with Men 18-34 (0.7) and Men 25-54 (1.3), up 30% over last week, and �The Jane Pauley Show� hit a season-high in Women 18-49 (0.9), up 13% from last week.
