DANIEL LUBETZKY PROMOTED TO FULL-TIME SHARK
ON FIVE-TIME EMMY AWARD-WINNING SERIES

Daniel Lubetzky, founder of KIND Snacks, Camino Partners and Builders Movement, is joining the panel of Sharks on the upcoming 16th season of "Shark Tank," premiering FRIDAY, OCT. 18 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EDT), on ABC and next day on Hulu.
"As a guest Shark for the past five seasons, Daniel has earned his spot with the Sharks," says executive producer Clay Newbill. "He is a self-made founder of a multibillion-dollar company, has all the qualities we look for in a Shark, and possesses an authentic desire to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Daniel is a welcome addition to our panel, and we look forward to working with him for many seasons to come."
Lubetzky joins fellow Sharks Mark Cuban, co-founder of Cost Plus Drug Company, and co-owner of the 2024 NBA Western Conference champion and 2011 NBA Champion Dallas Mavericks; real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran; prolific CPG investor, inventor and author Lori Greiner; cyber security technology innovator Robert Herjavec; fashion and branding expert Daymond John; and venture capitalist Kevin O'Leary.
The season 16 guest Sharks include Todd Graves, Forbes Billionaire List, owner and founder of Raising Cane's; Jamie Kern Lima, co-founder of IT Cosmetics and host of The Jamie Kern Lima Show; Rashaun Williams, venture capitalist, Atlanta Falcons limited partner and financial literacy activist; and returning Guest Shark Kendra Scott, philanthropist and founder behind the eponymous global lifestyle brand, Kendra Scott.
"Shark Tank," the critically acclaimed and multi-Emmy(R) Award-winning business-themed unscripted series that celebrates entrepreneurship in America, returns to ABC this fall for its 16th season. The hit reality show that has become a culturally defining series and inspires a nation to dream bigger, has amassed an amazing $11 billion in retail sales from deals offered in the Tank.
The Sharks - tough, self-made, multimillionaire and billionaire tycoons - continue their search to invest in the best businesses and products that America has to offer. "Shark Tank" recently won the 2024 Emmy for Outstanding Structured Reality Program after four back-to-back Emmys in 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014 in the same category, out of a total of 25 Emmy nominations over 15 seasons.
Mark Burnett, Clay Newbill, Yun Lingner, Max Swedlow, Brandon Wallace, Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John, Kevin O'Leary, Barry Poznick and Phil Gurin are the executive producers of "Shark Tank," which is based on the Japanese "Dragons' Den" format, created by Nippon Television Network Corporation.
