Madoff died in April at Federal Medical Center in Butner, N.C. at the age of 82." Jon Doran, Jon Kamen, Jen Isaacson and Samantha Grogin will also executive produce for RadicalMedia and Berlinger's Third Eye Motion Picture Company. (Deadline.com)
