New Magnolia Network Original Content to Debut in September Exclusively on discovery+ and the Magnolia App
WACO, TX (August 31, 2021) - Starting Friday, Sept. 3, new Magnolia Network original content will debut weekly throughout the month of September, exclusively streaming on discovery+ and the Magnolia app. Titles premiering on Magnolia Network this month include: the documentary Rebuilding Hope: The Children of 9/11; new series Making Modern with Brooke and Brice and An American Story; preview episodes of the forthcoming series The Craftsman and The Art of Vintage; and the season two premiere of Point of View: A Designer Profile.

"A Kitchen for Entertaining" - Paul and Helen add storage and functionality to a client's kitchen in a converted London schoolhouse. In Cambridgeshire, England, a family builds their dream kitchen around a 350-year-old inglenook fireplace that was unearthed during renovations.
Home Work - Candis and Andy Meredith's biggest renovation project to date is transforming a 20,000-square-foot historic school into their family home - all while juggling projects for clients, rental properties and life with their blended family of nine.
"Attic for Six Boys" - Candis and Andy tackle their most challenging renovation yet when they convert the unfinished, third-floor attic into a livable space for their six boys, complete with eight bedroom nooks, four lounging rooms with hammock chairs, a locker room and more.
Point of View: A Designer Profile (S1) - Giving a behind-the-curtain look into the mind of interior designers, this anthology series lets us in on their creative processes and introduces the inspirations and influences that shape their designs.
"Bryan and Catherine Williamson" - Hands-on husband and wife design team, Bryan and Catherine Williamson take time from working with their clients to tackle a personal project, transforming their own primary bedroom in Columbus, Ohio.
Ranch to Table - Seventh-generation cattle rancher and entrepreneur Elizabeth Poett tackles the work of running her family's 14,000-acre ranch while crafting regional dishes using her own fresh ingredients.
"Strawberry Season" - Elizabeth uses fresh strawberries to make and preserve homemade jam that her family can enjoy year round. Then, she whips up a strawberry shortcake with ginger whipped cream for a family night around the fire.
Restoration Road with Clint Harp - Carpenter Clint Harp hits the road in search of incredible historical structures across the country that are in need of restoration, while exploring their origins and dreaming of their futures.
"Ohio Grist Mill" - Clint chips in to carefully restore a derelict Utica, Ohio, grain mill from 1950 into an upscale wedding and lodging venue.
Self Employed - Entrepreneur Jonathan Morris travels the country to share the inspirational stories and new challenges of small business owners and their journeys to building their dream jobs.
"Farm to Skin" - Jonathan travels to Atlanta to meet Yolanda Owens, the creator of iwi fresh, and visits the farm where she sources the ingredients for her natural skincare products as well as her spa and wellness center.
"Detroit Style" - Jonathan travels to Detroit, Michigan, to meet Roslyn Karamoko, designer, founder and CEO of fashion label Detroit Is the New Black. What started with a t-shirt design sold out of her trunk is now a growing brand with a flagship store in downtown Detroit.
The Craftsman - NEW PREVIEW EPISODE - Master craftsman and woodworker Eric Hollenbeck is in the restoration business, taking historic homes and forgotten treasures around his hometown of Eureka, California, and giving them new life.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7
Rebuilding Hope: The Children of 9/11 - NEW SPECIAL (available only on discovery+) - Four families with children who were born after their fathers were killed on 9/11 share their stories of bravery and inspiration. They also reflect on how they rebuilt hope for their futures and came of age over the past 20 years.

Making Modern with Brooke and Brice - SERIES PREMIERE (2 episodes) - Married duo Brooke and Brice Gilliam have flipped the script on traditional home renovation roles - with Brooke as the builder and Brice as the designer. As more clients seek out their work, they take a leap of faith to launch a home remodeling business.
"Best Friends Turned First Clients" - Brooke and Brice tackle their first project as a design-build duo, transforming a nursery into an in-law suite and designing a custom bunk bed room for their best friends' family.
"A Musician's Modern Murphy Bed" - Brooke and Brice transform a musician's cozy condo by creating an office with a custom Murphy bed. Brooke also teaches him how to retile his bathroom and weld a custom bench for his living room.

Restoration Road with Clint Harp - Carpenter Clint Harp hits the road in search of incredible historical structures across the country that are in need of restoration, while exploring their origins and dreaming of their futures.
"Ohio Log Cabin" - Clint helps transform an 1870 log cabin in the Ohio River town of Sardis into a gorgeous bedroom suite in the small Southern town of Dublin, Georgia.

The Art of Vintage - NEW PREVIEW EPISODE - Vintage dealer and designer Katie Saro creates one-of-a-kind spaces for her clients and shares her unique styling and design tips while transforming her own home room by room.

"Washington Inn" - Craftsman Clint Harp helps turn a 1743 pre-Revolutionary War stone inn that once housed George Washington into a beautiful, custom home in Texas.

An American Story - SERIES PREMIERE (4 episodes) - This inspiring anthology series celebrates remarkable people hidden in the fabric of America and reveals the inspirational stories they have to share.
"Minnesota: The Sign Painter" - Mike Meyer took an interest in sign painting at an early age, but with the advent of vinyl, he realized he'd fallen for a dying art. He took a leap by opening his own studio and now adorns his hometown of Mazeppa, MN, with his work, one sign at a time.
"Maine: The Fireman" - Andy Swift is a mechanic in Hope, Maine, who sees old fire engines as works of art. Using a combination of in-depth historical research and mechanical ingenuity, he transforms the relics into fully-functional fire engines for his community to enjoy.
"Maryland: The Builder" - Contractor and attorney Shelley Halstead works with women in Baltimore to restore old homes and teach them the carpentry skills needed to save the properties.
