NEW YORK, NY June 5, 2020 - BET continues to engage audiences on the issue of social justice with the primetime BET News special "JUSTICE NOW: A BET Town Hall." Hosted by Marc Lamont Hill, this compelling conversation will assemble a diverse panel of voices, including activists and politicians to address systemic racism, and ways American society can use the global pain and the protest over the death of George Floyd to create meaningful and lasting change. "JUSTICE NOW: A BET Town Hall" will air SUNDAY, JUNE 7 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on BET.

The "JUSTICE NOW" town hall panel will include interviews and commentary from founder of voting rights group Fair Fight Stacey Abrams, anti-racism activist and teacher Jane Elliot, activist and cofounder of Campaign Zero Brittany Packnett, Color of Change President Rashad Robinson, Princeton University Hughes-Rogers Professor of African American studies Imani Perry, Rutgers University scholar and activist Brittney Cooper, various youth activists and others.

"JUSTICE NOW: A BET Town Hall," a timely discussion that will give voice to the collective grief, anger, fear, needs, and hopes of our community, premieres Sunday at 8PM on BET.
