"THE DAILY SOCIAL DISTANCING SHOW WITH TREVOR NOAH" TO AIR IN ITS REGULAR TIME SLOT WEEKNIGHTS AT 11PM ET/PT BEGINNING MONDAY, MARCH 23 ON COMEDY CENTRAL

New York, March 21, 2020 - The Daily Social Distancing Show with Trevor Noah is set to air weeknights at 11pm ET/PT on Comedy Central beginning Monday, March 23.

Following the recent production shutdown of all late-night shows amid an escalating COVID-19 pandemic, Trevor and his team are successfully producing and distributing a version of Comedy Central's late-night franchise remotely. During this time, Trevor and all of his producers, writers, editors and directors are doing their part to flatten the curve by working from home. Over the course of the past week, fans have been treated to three different nightly installments of The Daily Social Distancing Show via the show's digital and social channels. Moving forward, the daily episodes will air on Comedy Central's linear channel as well as on the series' social channels.

So far this week, Trevor has covered an Italian success story, the closing of the U.S.-Canada border, America's governors taking matters into their own hands amid President Trump's misinformation and spring breakers insisting on partying. Plus Daily Show Correspondents Roy Wood Jr. and Jaboukie Young-White have checked in from their own living rooms. Jaboukie was concerned about his elderly boss (Trevor) and Roy was interrupted by his screaming toddler as he discussed test access for A-listers. Roy also conducted a virtual interview with an NYC physician about the current shortage of medical masks. As coverage continues, expect more reporting from Trevor on the day's top news stories and appearances from the entire Daily Show news team.

Trevor will also continue to remind his viewers to consider donating anything possible to help children in need by supporting the charities No Kid Hungry and City Harvest.

In addition to The Daily Social Distancing Show, the show has been churning out digital-only content through its various social channels. Trevor has given viewers an inside look as he prepped for self quarantine - singing from his balcony (more than once) and cleaning his home. The Correspondents have joined in as well - Roy Wood Jr. reviewed pandemic movies, trading insider Michael Kosta gave stock tips, and together, Roy and Kosta played Trump's Best Words Bracket.
