100, THE (The CW) - Shelby Flannery, introduced as a grown-up version of Hope Diyoza in this past season's finale, is being promoted to regular for its final season. (TVLine.com)
FIREFLY LANE (Netflix) - Beau Garrett has signed onto the Katherine Heigl/Sarah Chalke-led drama as Cloud, "a charismatic and fun-loving single mom raising her teenage daughter Tully (Heigl) in the '70s. Tully takes care of the household duties while flower child Cloud smokes weed and hangs out with her drug dealing boyfriend, using her free-spirited hippie ethos to numb the pain of a traumatic past." GET SHORTY (Epix) - Joe Minoso has snagged a recurring role on the show's third season as Hector, "a Capotillo gang leader that controls crime in Los Angeles." (Deadline.com)

HOMESICK (TBS, New!) - Freddie Highmore and James Mitchell are set to team for a new comedy at the network which "chronicles the dysfunctional relationship between a self-destructive twenty-something, secretly suffering from an eating disorder, and his mother, a raging narcissist and a total enabler who also happens to be his best friend in the world (for better or worse)." Highmore will executive produce the Sony Pictures Television-based half-hour with Mitchell and Alfresco Pictures' Claire Londy serving as co-executive producers. (Deadline.com)
HOW TO MAKE LOVE TO A BLACK WOMAN (Showtime) - Kendrick Sampson and Carra Patterson have booked lead roles on the comedy pilot as married couple Edwin and Nora: "Edwin is the earnest and devoted husband of Nora, a free-spirited wife longing for more excitement in her marriage." (Deadline.com)
MANIFEST (NBC) - Andrene Ward-Hammond and Ellen Tamaki have both scored roles on the show's second season as Kate Bowers, "the newly appointed captain of Michaela's (Melissa Roxburgh) precinct"; and Drea Mikami, "the bright and confident detective Bowers assigns as Michaela's new partner," respectively. MAYANS MC (FX) - Kurt Sutter is stepping down as day-to-day showrunner of the series, with co-creator Elgin James assuming said role as previously planned. (Deadline.com)

THIRD DAY, THE (HBO) - Naomie Harris and director Philippa Lowthorpe have both signed onto the Jude Law-led drama series. Harris will play Helen, "a strong-willed outsider who comes to the island seeking answers, but whose arrival precipitates a fractious battle to decide its fate." Lowthorpe then will helm three episodes of the series, with the previously announced Marc Munden directing the other three. (Deadline.com)
