MANHUNT: LONE WOLF (Spectrum) - Carla Gugino will join Jack Huston and Cameron Britton in the franchise's second season, formally dubbed "Lone Wolf." She'll play Kathy Scruggs, "a hard-drinking, tough-talking crime reporter for Atlanta's biggest daily newspaper who gets the once-in-a-lifetime scoop that Richard Jewell may be the Olympic Park bomber. Breaking the biggest story in the world makes a Kathy a sensation - but her life unravels as evidence starts pointing against it being the truth." (Deadline.com)
PEARSON/SUITS (USA) - Doug Liman, Dave Bartis and Gene Klein's Hypnotic has signed a multi-year overall deal with Entertainment One, ending their run at NBCUniversal since 2001. Said company will develop new scripted and unscripted projects for the indie studio. (Deadline.com)
STRANGE ANGEL (CBSAA) - Joslyn DeFreece is the latest set to recur on the new season as Brigitte, "a charming German expat with a dark secret who finds a home and acceptance through the religious movement Thelema." (Deadline.com)
STUMPTOWN (ABC) - Jake Johnson has joined the cast of the upcoming drama as Grey McConnell, "Dex's best friend, though the two have unresolved feelings that run deeper. He owns and operates a popular bar in town, all the while hiding a questionable past that comes back to bite him." He succeeds Mark Webber in a planned recasting. (Deadline.com)
