GAME SHOW NETWORK ANNOUNCES SEASON 2 OF "AMERICA SAYS"
Actor John Michael Higgins Returns to Host
the 95-Episode Second Season
August 14, 2018 (Santa Monica, CA) - Game Show Network, the leader in game shows and competitive entertainment, announced today its original hit series AMERICA SAYS, hosted by John Michael Higgins, will return for a 95-episode second season. The announcement comes on the heels of a successful premiere season, which has seen the show build over its lead-in by +26%, while also performing over +40% above YTD time period average among our core W25-54 demo.
"I can't wait to challenge a whole new season of contestants with fill-in-the-blank questions that I personally guess wrong every single time," said John Michael Higgins. "I have so much fun with 'America Says' and this season will be a blast!"
AMERICA SAYS is a fast-paced studio game show where two teams of friends and family face off to guess America's responses to fill-in-the-blank survey questions covering every topic under the sun. They'll have to be quick when trying to think of what America says, as time is always ticking and the team with the most money banked after three rounds will head to a bonus round to see if they can win up to $15,000.
Recognized for his iconic roles in films like "Pitch Perfect," "The Break-Up" and "Best In Show", Higgins is also known for providing voices for characters in popular animated series "Bob's Burgers" and Nickelodeon's "The Legend of Korra."
AMERICA SAYS is based on a format by Keller/Noll. Tara Long and Mark Herwick of Entertainment One (eOne) and Dave Noll and Cleve Keller of Keller/Noll serve as executive producers. John Quinn serves as executive producer.
