HALLMARK CHANNEL BLOOMS IN SPRING: "SPRING FEVER" FEATURES FOUR ALL-NEW MOVIE PREMIERES IN MARCH AND APRIL

Hallmark Channel celebrates the return of fresh air, flowers and sunshine with "Spring Fever," the network's highly anticipated seasonal programming event.

"Spring Fever" features a slate of four all-new original movies premiering Saturdays in March and April. The event starts with "The Sweetest Heart" (Saturday, March 17th 9 p.m. ET/PT), followed by "Royal Matchmaker" (Saturday, March 24th 9 p.m. ET/PT), "Home by Spring" (Saturday, March 31st 9 p.m. ET/PT) and "Once Upon a Prince" (Saturday, April 7th 9 p.m. ET/PT).

'THE SWEETEST HEART'
A Hallmark Channel Original Movie World Premiere
Saturday, March 17 (9p.m. ET/PT)
Starring: Julie Gonzalo, Chris McNally
High school sweethearts Maddie (Gonzalo) and Nate (McNally) reconnect when Nate returns to their hometown to lecture at the hospital. However, they eventually form a friendship, and Nate helps her as she secures funding to expand her cupcake shop. Just as Maddie and Nate rekindle their romance, Nate learns that a career opportunity awaits him in Boston. Devastated, Maddie returns the promise ring he gave her long ago and prepares for the grand reopening of her shop. Nate soon realizes how much he left behind, and must decide if his future lies in Boston with work or in his hometown with Maddie.

'ROYAL MATCHMAKER'

Starring: Joy Lenz, Will Kemp
Matchmaker Kate's (Lenz) reputation as the "Queen of Hearts" reaches King Edward (Kemp)who hires her to find his son a bride. But Prince Sebastian has a moat around his heart, and Kate doesn't see his tender side until he evokes his mother's memory. She's also learned he does humanitarian work, and before Kate knows it, she's fallen for him herself! Still determined to find Sebastian a match, Kate introduces him to Petra, and is so heartbroken when they click, she runs off, unaware that the Prince has already found his royal match, and she's sitting at the train station.

Aspiring event planner Loretta (Drayton) moves to Los Angeles from her small hometown to pursue her event planning dreams, leaving her boyfriend Wayne (McQueen) behind. When she is passed over for a promotion and a client, Paul, mistakes Loretta for her boss, she decides to carry on the charade to win a piece of new business. When Loretta returns to her hometown to host a retreat for Paul to impress his fiancé's father, Arthur (Brooks), she realizes she has lingering feelings for Wayne. Before the weekend is over, Loretta must decide if she will confess her real identity to Paul and Arthur, and admit where her heart really lies to herself.

'ONCE UPON A PRINCE'

Starring: Megan Park, Johnathan Keltz
Stranded with a flat, Susanna (Park) is lucky when Nate (Keltz) arrives, even though he's never changed a tire. As they work together talking under the "Lover's Oak," a spark ignites. What Nate doesn't mention is he's Prince Nathaniel from Cambria and must marry a countrywoman. Nevertheless, their intimacy grows and Nate's identity gets out. To prove Susanna can't handle royalty, Nate's mother brings her to Cambria, but though their love remains strong, Susanna leaves, and Nate convinces his mother his love is true. Now he's off to America, and fate might just bring him under the Lover's Oak with Susanna again.
