AMERICAN GODS (Starz) - Executive producers Bryan Fuller and Michael Green have departed as showrunners of the series "over budget and creative direction." A replacement has yet to be named. (Variety.com)
ARROW/DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW/FLASH, THE/SUPERGIRL (The CW) - Andrew Kreisberg has been terminated by Warner Bros. Television following the conclusion to its investigation into allegations of sexual harassment by the executive producer. (Deadline.com)
CLASS ACTION (CBS, New!) - John Cochran and Dan O'Shannon have sold a multi-camera comedy to the Eye about "a law student looking for the easy way out who gets more than he bargained for when he finds himself in a class where he and an eclectic group of fellow law students are required to argue actual cases in court." CBS Television Studios-based Stage 29 Productions is behind the half-hour with O'Shannon, Phil McGraw, Jay McGraw and Julia Eisenman as executive producers and Cochran as a co-executive producer. ELEMENTARY (CBS) - The Eye has commissioned eight more installments of the show's yet-to-debut sixth season, bumping its total to 21 episodes. (Deadline.com)
FEAR THE WALKING DEAD (AMC) - Maggie Grace is the latest addition to the show's fourth season, joining the previously announced Garret Dillahunt and Jenna Elfman. (Deadline.com)
FLASH, THE (The CW) - Kendrick Sampson has been cast as Dominic Lanse a.k.a. Brainstorm as part of a multi-episode arc: "Dominic is an affable TSA Agent who becomes the unwitting recipient of meta-human powers. Now Dominic bears the gift and curse of reading people's thoughts, whether he wants to or not." (Deadline.com)
GHOSTED (FOX) - The network has ordered six additional episodes of the freshman comedy, bringing its season total to 16. Additionally, Paul Lieberstein has signed on as the new showrunner, where he'll replace Kevin Etten from the initial 10 installments. (Deadline.com)
MAKING FRIENDS (Amazon) - Georgia King has been tapped to star opposite Adhir Kalyan in multi-camera comedy pilot, about Mark (Kalyan), "a brilliant guy with a degree in artificial intelligence who creates robots and spends his days hanging out with them as his main group of friends. When Mark invites beautiful bartender Shelly (King) - a kind and loving young woman with a master's degree in psychology - over for dinner, the stage is set for comical disaster, as his robot buddies go a bit rogue." NIGHT MANAGER, THE (AMC) - Matthew Orton has been tapped to spearhead a potential second season of the John Le Carré spy drama. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED ALEX BRIGHTMAN PROJECT (NBC, New!) - Alex Brightman (School of Rock: The Musical) has set up a potential comedy at the Peacock "set in New York City and centers on a struggling twentysomething who moves back home with his parents and a rotating roster of tenants in their oversized, rent-controlled apartment." Universal Television is behind the project with Seller Suarez Productions' Jeffrey Seller and Flody Suarez also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED CORINNE KINGSBURY PROJECT (CBS, New!) - Corinne Kingsbury has sold a multi-camera comedy to the Eye about "a woman's younger half-sister who comes to live with her and her fiancé to escape their train wreck of a father." David Rosenthal, Kapital Entertainment's Aaron Kaplan and Dana Honor as well as TrillTV's Wendi Trilling will likewise executive produce for CBS Television Studios. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED CORINNE KINGSBURY PROJECT (The CW, New!) - Corinne Kingsbury has likewise booked a potential drama at the netlet about "a flawed and irreverent young woman who just happens to be blind and is the only "witness" to the murder of her drug-dealing friend. When the police dismiss her story, she sets out with her dog, Pretzel, to find the killer while also managing her colorful dating life and the job she hates at Breaking Blind- the guide dog school owned by her overprotective parents." Red Hour Films' Ben Stiller, Jackie Cohn and Nicky Weinstock are also slated to executive produce for CBS Television Studios. (Deadline.com)
