COMMITTED (FOX, New!) - David Leepson has set up a potential reality series at the network which tells "the story of four couples going through the different phrases of life: marriage, having a baby, divorce and old age." Leepson Bounds Entertainment's Leepson and Stephanie Lydecker will executive produce alongside DiVide Pictures' Milo Ventimiglia and Russ Cundiff for 20th Century Fox Television. (Deadline.com)
CORDELIA (FOX, New!) - Robert Munic ("Ice") has set up a potential drama at the network billed as "a modern re-telling of the King Lear story set to the back drop of a strong Cuban family and the three sisters running the scene in Miami. Told through the eyes of the one daughter who truly loved her father, Cordelia delves into a world of secrets, lies and complex family bonds that are constantly tested but ultimately never broken." DiVide Pictures' Milo Ventimiglia and Russ Cundiff will also executive produce for 20th Century Fox Television. (Deadline.com)
END, THE (FOX, New!) - Michael Jacobs ("Girl Meets World") has booked a multi-camera comedy at the network about "a wildly mismatched couple, Joey and Marla, who have uniquely flawed children and Marla's divorced parents living with them. They are possibly the worst family in the world. But in spite of their differences, Joey and Marla come to realize it's possible they're in love. Maybe that's enough to save them all." 20th Century Fox Television is behind the project with DiVide Pictures' Milo Ventimiglia and Russ Cundiff also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
FRESH OFF THE BOAT (ABC) - Paula Abdul will drop by the show's Christmas-themed episode as Holly, "a visiting arts instructor [who] arrives in Orlando to assist the struggling carolers in the Huang family's neighborhood." (THR.com)
GREAT UNKNOWNS, THE (FOX, New!) - Adam Barr ("Growing Up Fisher") has sold a multi-camera comedy to the network about "siblings Tommy and Debbie Stefano, whose parents force them to grow up and find their own place to live, as well as real careers and relationships." The Jackal Group's Gail Berman and Joe Earley will also executive produce, as will actress-writer Heather Anne Campbell. (Deadline.com)
IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT (The CW, New!) - Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker ("Powerless") has booked a small screen take on Iva-Marie Palmer's novel at the netlet, about "when a prison spaceship carrying the universe's most deadly aliens crashes in Southern California, two millennial women with bigger dreams than working at a kids' pizza place in The Valley are recruited by a space cop to hunt down the escaped criminals, who have camouflaged themselves as eccentric Angelenos." Ehsugadee Productions' Halpern and Schumacker; Alloy Entertainment's Leslie Morgenstein and Gina Girolamo; and Spondoolie Productions' Rob Thomas, Danielle Stokdyk and Dan Etheridge are the executive producers for Warner Bros. KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS (E!) - The Kardashians have reportedly inked a five-cycle, $150 million deal with the network to continue with the series for the foreseeable future. Said pact marks a bump from their 2015 contract, valued at $100 million for five cycles. (TMZ.com)
MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE, THE (Amazon) - Tamlyn Tomita will recur on the upcoming season as Tamiko, "an Okinawan-American woman born in Hawaii who was an American citizen before the war. Now living in San Francisco, she is Tagomi's (Cary Hiroyuki-Tagawa) neighbor." (Deadline.com)
TREMORS (Syfy) - P.J. Byrne, Hunter Parrish, Ebonée Noel, Brandon Jay McLaren and Haley Tju are all bound for the Kevin Bacon-led revival. Byrne will play Melvin, "a survivor of the original Graboid attack and real estate developer obsessed with reinventing Perfection, all fueled by jealousy he holds for Valentine McKee"; with Parrish as Arthur Brandt, "a young, magnetic leader of the pot-growing, earth-worshipping tribe of Millenials who've moved to Perfection to soak in its unique spiritual energy"; Noel as Zoe, "a truth-seeker possessed with deep, sensual intuition and mystic power, Zoe's connection to Mother Earth is aided by Perfection's unique energy and provides her with visions of events to come"; McLaren as Toby, "a likable guy who nobody likes; he's the public liaison to a data storage company in Perfection that failed to create any local jobs"; and Tju as Jai, "a dirt-biking drug smuggler and Perfection's resident badass." WHISKEY CAVALIER (ABC, New!) - Scott Foley ("Scandal") is staying in business with the Alphabet as part of a new drama which "follows the adventures of FBI agent Will Chase (codename: Whiskey Cavalier) - played by Foley - who, following an emotional break-up, is assigned to work with CIA operative Francesca "Frankie" Trowbridge (codename: Fiery Tribune). Together, they lead an inter-agency team of spies who periodically save the world (and each other) while navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance and office politics." David Hemingson penned the hour, which has a put pilot commitment, for the Warner Bros. Television-based Doozer Productions with Bill Lawrence and Jeff Ingold likewise executive producing. Foley will also receive a producing credit. (Deadline.com)
YOU ARE WANTED (Amazon) - Michael Landes has signed onto the show's second season as "the head of the U.S. Cyber Command, who arrives in Berlin and will stop at nothing until he captures Franke." (Deadline.com)
