Documentary Series Explores the Stories and Scenes of Crashes Involving Celebrities Including Justin Bieber, Paul Walker, John Denver, Tracy Morgan and John F. Kennedy Jr.

(Albuquerque, NM) Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - REELZ today announced new episodes of its original documentary series Collision Course will premiere Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT. The series unravels the speculation surrounding car and airplane crashes involving celebrities relying on footage from the scene, police records, CGI reenactments and interviews with eyewitnesses to provide a detailed look at what put these celebrities on a collision course. The March 18 episode will focus on the tragic car crash that took the life of beloved Fast and the Furious franchise star, Paul Walker.

In Collision Course- "Paul Walker", premiering Saturday, March 18 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT, the action movie star's shocking death is examined. In 2013, Walker is killed while riding as a passenger in a high-performance car driven by friend and professional racecar driver Roger Rodas who lost control of the car on a quiet industrial street in Valencia, California. What exactly caused the accident remains a mystery but Collision Course will take viewers into that seemingly inexplicable tragedy and reveal new evidence that was overlooked in the official police report.

Tracy Morgan Episode Premieres Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT.

In 2014 Tracy Morgan's tour van was involved in a horrific car crash on the New Jersey Turnpike that killed comedian James McNair and left Morgan clinging to life as rescuers raced against time to save him. Viewers will go inside the tragic crash through exclusive interviews with two of the van's passengers in addition to crash scene recreations based on police reports. The accident also lays bare the questionable sleep rules surrounding truck drivers and serves as a wake-up call for road safety on America's highways.

John Denver Episode Premieres Saturday, April 1 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT.

On a sunny October day in 1997 music legend John Denver hopped into a small and sleek aircraft to go for a pleasure flight off the California coast. After his aircraft suddenly and mysteriously crashes into the Pacific Ocean some suspected the singer may have committed suicide or given his history of DUI's he may have been intoxicated. The last man to see Denver alive gives his first-ever TV interview and recalls Denver in the minutes before he died - a personal and detailed account that has never been told. It's revealed that Denver was neither drunk nor suicidal - the shocking cause of the accident comes down to a tiny mechanical detail that took the life of one of the world's first celebrity activists.

Justin Bieber Episode Premieres Saturday, April 8 at 9pm ET/ 6pm PT.

In 1999, John F. Kennedy Jr.'s aircraft plunges into the Atlantic Ocean killing him, his wife Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy and her sister Lauren. This episode examines the factors at play which contributed to the crash looking back at JFK Jr.'s life and the experiences which shaped him - often through first-hand accounts from people who knew him. This is an investigation into one of the most magnetic personalities of the 20th century whose life was taken too early in an accident caused by a series of seemingly insignificant factors - that when tied together led to tragedy.
