MTV'S "CATFISH: THE TV SHOW" RETURNS FOR AN INTENSE SIXTH SEASON ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1 AT 8:00 P.M. ET/PT
MTV's highly popular series, "Catfish: The TV Show," is returning for a 20-episode sixth season on Wednesday, March 1 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. Hosts Nev Shulman and Max Joseph are back at it, bringing together couples who have spent their entire romance online. For the first time ever, "Catfish: The TV Show" will air a special investigative episode of a celebrity catfish case. One of the biggest public catfish stories, that of former NBA player Chris "Birdman" Anderson, will be reopened, examining new clues, undiscovered events, and speaking with new witnesses.
Season six of "Catfish: The TV Show," will have Nev and Max diving deeper than ever before to uncover the truth behind cyber relationships. Another first for this season, the duo will be checking in with several couples featured to see how their relationships played out once the cameras left. This season the online connections are stronger, mysteries more complex and lies and cover-ups more intense.
For more "Catfish: The TV Show," tune in on Saturday, February 25th starting at 6:00 a.m. ET/PT for a marathon of the juiciest episodes. Following the marathon at 4:00 p.m., the premiere of "Top Ten Holy S*@#! Catfish Moments," where Nev and Max countdown their most memorable "Holy Mackerel!" stories. Then at 5:00 p.m., the premiere of "Catfish: Hooked on Love," a trip down memory lane with Nev and Max about the happiest highlights of the past five seasons.
