THE #1 NEW SHOW OF THE SUMMER "BETTER LATE THAN NEVER" PACKS ITS BAGS FOR SEASON TWO

Henry Winkler, William Shatner, Terry Bradshaw, George Foreman and Jeff Dye Venture to a New Locale as Hit Series Is Renewed

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - Sept. 22, 2016 - The boys are back! Summer's #1 new broadcast series, "Better Late Than Never," is returning for a second season.

"The success of Season one was such a joyous surprise," said Winkler. "I can't wait to see where Bill, Terry, George, Jeff and I will be exploring next. Anybody know where we are going??? They don't tell me anything!!!"

"Like everyone else, we fell in love with all the adventures Henry, William, Terry, George and Jeff faced as they educated themselves and adapted to new customs in foreign cities," said Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Reality Group, NBC Entertainment. "This innovative format allows for unprecedented escapades that cut through the clutter and grabbed viewer's attention. We can't wait to see what places they explore and how they adapt to their environment in season two."

This past summer award-winning actor, producer, writer and director Henry Winkler ("Royal Pains"), Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning actor, director and writer William Shatner ("The Practice"), celebrated football legend and NFL analyst Terry Bradshaw ("Fox NFL Sunday"), boxing Hall of Famer and gold medal winner-turned businessman George Foreman and comedian Jeff Dye (NBC's "I Can Do That") embarked on the ultimate international excursion to Asia with no assistants, no limousines and no lattes, in search of an intimate life-changing experience.

The five navigated their way through Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan; Seoul, South Korea; Hong Kong; and Phuket and Chiang Mai, Thailand - communicating with the local population, immersing themselves in local traditions and enjoying exotic food - all the while dealing with the unexpected twists and turns that any trip presents.

Winkler, Shatner, Bradshaw, Foreman and Dye will return for the second season. The locale will be announced at a later date.

"Better Late Than Never" was the #1 new series introduced by the broadcast networks this past summer, averaging a 1.8 rating, 7 share in adults 18-49 and 8.1 million viewers overall in "most current" figures from Nielsen Media Research. "Better Late Than Never" was undefeated in both adults 18-49 and total viewers in its Tuesday 10-11 p.m. hour versus its ABC and CBS time-period competition.

Craig Zadan & Neil Meron, Henry Winkler, Jason Ehrlich, Alex Katz and Tim Crescenti executive produce. "Better Late Than Never" is produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio in association with Storyline Entertainment, Small World IFT and CJ E&M.

The successful original series "Grandpa Over Flowers" is produced by CJ Entertainment & Media and currently airs in both China and South Korea.
