ALTERED CARBON (Netflix) - Trieu Tran and Marlene Forte are both bound for the upcoming drama as Mister Leung, "a violent killer and fixer who finds employment among the ultra-rich Meths of the Altered Carbon world"; and Alazne Ortega, "the soul of the Ortega family. Warm and loving, Alazne refuses to allow her humanity to be subsumed in this high-tech world." (Deadline.com)
BLOOD DRIVE (Syfy) - "Psych" alum James Roday has signed on to helm two episodes of the project, which has a straight-to-series order. (Deadline.com)
CLAWS (TNT) - Judy Reyes ("Devious Maids") has signed onto the dramedy pilot as Quiet Ann, "Desna's (Niecy Nash) driver, who also provides security at the nail salon when necessary." (THR.com)
FEUD (FX) - Jackie Hoffman ("Difficult People") has been cast as Joan Crawford's (Jessica Lange) housekeeper Mamasita in the anathology series, which has also added Tim Minear as co-showrunner. Susan Sarandon, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alfred Molina, Stanley Tucci, Judy Davis and Dominic Burgess also star. (Deadline.com)
HOMELAND (Showtime) - Dominic Fumusa ("Nurse Jackie") will recur on the new season as FBI Special Agent Ray Conlin, further details of which weren't released. (Variety.com)
I'M DYING UP HERE (Showtime) - Veteran character actor Richard Kind will recur on the Jim Carrey-produced series as Marty Dansak, "a high-powered television executive who Goldie (Melissa Leo) turns to with a big idea." (Deadline.com)
MARVEL'S THE PUNISHER (Netflix) - Ben Barnes (The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian) has been cast as antagonist Bobby Saint, "the corrupt crime prodigy played in the 2004 film by James Carpinello." (TVLine.com)
MINDY PROJECT, THE (Hulu) - Jack Davenport ("Smash") is set to guest as Breakfast, "an English stage actor who is known as the "bad boy of the West End." He comes to New York City to star in a one-man show and ends up taking an interest in Mindy." (THR.com)
SNEAKY PETE (Amazon) - Brad William Henke ("Orange Is the New Black") has scored an arc on the newcomer as Brendon, "a smart, beefy and imposing suburban dad who owns his own construction company." (Deadline.com)
SOUTHERN/EASTERN (CBS, New!) - John Romano (American Pastoral) has sold a new drama to the Eye about "the young and ambitious Assistant U.S. Attorneys of the Southern Federal Court District as they duke it out with their rival Eastern District for the most high-profile federal criminal cases in New York City." The project is based on the upcoming nonfiction book of the same name by Johnny Dwyer. Lionsgate Television-based Silver Pictures Television is behind the hour with Joel Silver and Rodney Ferrell also executive producing. (Deadline.com)
