Backstreet Boys Headline "Singalong Live," Apolo Ohno Returns with "Ticket to Slide" and Harris Closes Out Season with an Unforgettable "End of the Show Show" and Other Surprise Guests

NEW YORK - Nov. 2, 2015 - Five-time Emmy Award winner Kelsey Grammer will return to NBC as the celebrity guest announcer for the season finale of "Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris" on Tuesday, Nov. 3 (8 p.m. ET/PT). Grammer will lend his incomparable voice to the show as he previews what's to come throughout the episode.

Backstreet Boys will headline "Singalong Live" with their Grammy-nominated hit "I Want It That Way." In "Singalong Live," three home viewers are surprised live and challenged to complete the lyrics to a karaoke song in a singalong for a chance at winning $1,000.

Olympic gold medalist Apolo Ohno returns as a correspondent for "Ticket to Slide," in which the segment's inaugural couple from Chicago will finally take their shot at winning the best New Year's Ever when Ohno turns up live in a surprise location with a giant inflatable slide.

In addition, a member of the studio audience will be surprised with the opportunity to "Get Lucky" and win incredible prizes in a series of high-stakes trivia questions.

Harris will close the finale episode with a spectacular "End of the Show Show" highlighting the best moments of the season.?

"Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris" is a live one-hour show unlike any other on American television, featuring appearances by A-list stars, stunts, comedy skits, incredible performances, mini game shows, audience giveaways and hidden-camera pranks. Reese Witherspoon, Alec Baldwin, Tyler Perry, Shaquille O'Neal, Jack Black, Reba and Kelly Ripa have served as guest announcers, while musical superstars Gloria Gaynor, Bonnie Tyler, CeeLo Green, Gloria Estefan, B-52s, OMI and Ray Parker Jr. have taken the stage for "Singalong Live." Each episode concludes with the "End of the Show Show," a thrilling finale performance where Harris attempts to learn a special routine unlike anything he's done before.? ?

This season has seen Harris team up with Britney Spears and Joe Jonas, Cobie Smulders and Taran Killam, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Jane Krakowksi to prank unsuspecting members of the public in a segment called "Voices in Your Head." Reese Witherspoon, Seth Meyers and Zachary Levi have also stepped up to take on Harris in a variety of stunts and creative challenges called "Neil Versus."? ?

The show has also given audience members the surprise of their lives, including an on-air proposal, an enthusiastic dad enlisting the help of celebrity guests to show off his unique sense of style for his kids, a special edition of the "Real Housewives" starring their biggest superfan, the fulfillment of one woman's wishes from her childhood diary and an epic birthday surprise on the host's mother. The show also gives a studio audience member the chance to "Get Lucky" and walk away with amazing prizes after joining Harris on stage for a series of high-pressure trivia questions.

Neil Patrick Harris, Siobhan Greene, David A. Hurwitz, Anthony McPartlin, Declan Donnelly and Orly Adelson serve as executive producers. "Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris" is based on the British hit, "Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway," and is produced by ITV Studios America in association with Prediction Productions, Inc.
