43, THE (NBC, New!) - Erik Jendresen ("Band of Brothers") is looking to revisit World War II with a six-part mini-series for the Peacock and the BBC. Said effort would "chronicle the true story of a Jewish vigilante group who, between the years of 1946 and 1950, fought the rise of fascism that was emerging on the streets of Britain. Then, in 1950, having won the war against the British Nazis, the group disappeared, taking their story with them for nearly 70 years - until now." The Tenafly Film Company's Josh Sugarman, Tiger Aspect Productions' Will Gould and The Exchange's Brian O'Shea are also executive producers with Daniel Sonabend and Luke Brandon Field providing research for Jendresen. (Variety.com)

FLAKED (Netflix; W: Mark Chappell & Will Arnett; D: TBA) - Christopher Mintz-Plasse has boarded the upcoming comedy, the serio-comic story of a self-appointed "guru" who falls for the object (Ruth Kearney) of his best friend's (David Sullivan) fascination. Will Arnett plays Chip, a man doing his honest best to stay one step ahead of his own lies. He'll recur as Topher, "a tech whiz kid new to Venice and desperate to fit in." (Deadline.com)

GRAVES (Epix/Lionsgate; W/D: Joshua Michael Stern) - Heléne Yorke ("Masters of Sex") has joined the cast of the upcoming comedy, about a former President of the United States. Twenty years after his presidency, former President Richard Graves (Nick Nolte) has the epiphany that his policies have damaged the country for decades and so, with his young assistant (Skylar Astin), he goes on a Don Quixote-like journey to right his administration's wrongs just as his wife, the former First Lady, decides to follow her own political ambitions. JACK RYAN (Amazon, New!) - The streaming service has reportedly given a series commitment to Paramount Television for its proposed drama featuring Tom Clancy's popular hero Jack Ryan billed as "a new contemporary take on the character in his prime as a CIA analyst/operative using the novels as source material." Among the executive producers are Lindsey Springer, Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, Andrew Form and Mace Neufeld.
