It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a new Supergirl casting announcement!
Major casting news, Supergirl fans. Levi Miller, who stars as Peter Pan in the upcoming film PAN, will make guest appearances as Cat Grant's son, Carter.
The young Australian actor will make his Supergirl debut during the fourth episode, performing alongside Calista Flockhart (his mother, Cat Grant) and Melissa Benoist (Supergirl). As the son of a high-power corporate tycoon, 12-year-old Carter finds himself in the shadows, often keeping his thoughts and feelings quiet. That is, until his mother asks her assistant Kara, aka Supergirl, to start babysitting him.
Over time, Carter will open up to Kara, disclosing his feelings on Supergirl.
Supergirl's producers are thrilled to work with Levi throughout the season.
"We loved working with him so much on PAN, we were excited to bring him into Supergirl's universe," they said in a press release. "He's an exceptional young actor and a part of the Berlanti Productions family. It will be fun for audiences, who we all know will fall in love with him as Peter in PAN on Oct. 9, to see his range with his turn as Calista Flockhart's American son."
Supergirl premieres on CBS on Oct. 26.
