A new special each night will lead up to the Impractical Jokers Live Punishment Special celebrating the 100th, including a first-ever, quadruple punishment played out LIVE in the heart of New York City on Sept. 3. Howie Mandel is set to host the live punishment, which includes a heart-stopping dare that's above and beyond anything the guys have ever done before and promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

The highly anticipated fourth season of Funny or Die's Billy on the Street will premiere on October 8 as Emmy(R) nominated comedian Billy Eichner returns to the streets of New York City to surprise unsuspecting pedestrians with quick-witted, rapid-fire questions on pop-culture. This season, some of the biggest names in Hollywood will hit the pavement with Billy as the show moves to its new home on truTV, including Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Anna Kendrick and Julianne Moore (additional names to be announced at a later date). Sister network TBS will present encores of each episode after initial airings on truTV.

Two new series are set to make their debut on truTV, including Road Spill, a show that literally hits the road to explore what people really dish about in the privacy of their own cars and Adam Ruins Everything, an investigative comedy in which CollegeHumor comedian Adam Conover hilariously debunks social conventions that most people take for granted.

In addition to airing on truTV's linear television platform, each of the shows on the fall slate will be available via VOD and digital on-demand. truTV subscribers can also watch truTV live whenever and wherever they want via http://www.truTV.com/watch and the Watch truTV mobile apps. New episodes are made available the day after they premiere on linear television.

Below is a rundown of truTV's fall 2015 programming highlights.

Impractical Jokers Week leading to LIVE Punishment Special - Week of Aug. 31

It's a week of wall-to-wall hilarity as Joe, Sal, Q and Murr count down to the Live Punishment Special celebrating the 100th episode. In the days leading up to the Live Punishment Special, three brand new specials and an all-day marathon will serve to pump up the fans:

Monday, Aug. 31 at 10:00p.m. (ET/PT) Impractical Jokers: Anatomy of a Challenge will take viewers behind the curtain for an inside look at how the guys put together some of the series' most memorable moments.

Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 10:00p.m. Impractical Jokers: Unseen Scenes which unveils incredibly awkward, laugh-out-loud bits that were left on the cutting room floor.

Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 10:00p.m. Impractical Jokers: Fan-tastic Countdown Presented By Geico rolls out the all-time greatest challenges and punishments from the previous episodes.

Thursday, Sept. 3 beginning at 11:00am (ET/PT) will start a full-day marathon of viewer's favorite Impractical Jokers episodes.

It all leads up to the hour-long Impractical Jokers LIVE Punishment Special celebrating the 100th episode on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 7pm PT/10pm ET featuring brand new challenges and the first-ever live quadruple punishment from New York City, hosted by Howie Mandel.

Road Spill - Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 10:30p.m. (ET/PT)

Road Spill hits the pavement to see what people really dish about in the comfort of their cars. Each episode is loosely based on an overarching theme while navigation devices provide talking points for the driver and passengers, who engage in funny conversation surrounding current events, personal stories and opinions, pop culture, and moral dilemmas. Throughout each car's journey hilarious moments and the occasional outburst of road rage ensue.

Adam Ruins Everything - Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT)

In Adam Ruins Everything, host Adam Conover employs a combination of comedy, history and science to dispel widespread misconceptions about everything we take for granted. A perfect blend of entertainment and enlightenment, Adam Ruins Everything is inviting, fast-paced and, above all, smart. Adam is like that friend who knows a little bit too much about everything and is going to tell you about it...whether you like it or not. Adam Ruins Everything isn't just fun to watch, but addictively informative. It's everything you didn't want to need to know. The show was born out of a popular CollegeHumor original series that has generated more than 30 million views since premiering online with the video "Why Engagement Rings Are a Scam" in early 2014.

Funny Or Die's Billy on the Street - Season 4 Premiere: Thursday, Oct. 8, at 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT)
