FALLING WATER (USA/UCP; W: Blake Masters & Henry Bromell; D: Juan Carlos Fresnadillo) - David Ajala ("Black Box") has scored the lead role on the drama pilot, about three unrelated people, who slowly realize that they are dreaming separate parts of a single common dream. He'll play Burton, "the head of in-house security for a multinational investment banking firm whose personal and professional paranoia collide when an investigation into financial malfeasance at the firm leads to a backlash that engulfs his love life." HUNTERS (Syfy/UCP; W: Natalie Chaidez; D: TBA) - Julian McMahon ("Childhood's End") is back in business with the cable channel as part of the upcoming drama, based on Whitley Strieber's best-selling novel "Alien Hunter," about how the disappearance of a decorated Philadelphia cop's wife leads him to a secret government unit assembled to hunt a group of ruthless terrorists - shadowy figures that may or may not be from this world. He'll play McCarthy, "an unhinged junkie and Hunter cell leader with a predilection for house music and violence." Britne Oldford and Nathan Phillips also star. (Deadline.com)
