Los Angeles, CA (December 10, 2014) - Iggy Azalea, Bastille, Jason Derulo, Pentatonix and Rixton join the biggest music celebration of the year on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2015." Fergie hosts the Billboard Hollywood Party and also performs along with previously announced performers Charli XCX, One Direction and Meghan Trainor. With over 38 performances and 5 1/2 hours of music, programming for "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2015" begins at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT on ABC Television Network.

The bi-coastal celebration will include hours of special performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the globe, and Ryan Seacrest will lead the traditional countdown to midnight from Times Square in New York City as he has for the last 9 years. As previously announced, Jenny McCarthy will be live from Times Square where Taylor Swift, Florida Georgia Line, MAGIC! and Idina Menzel will perform for over one million fans. Special remote performances from Nashville will include Gavin DeGraw and Lady Antebellum, with Elton John also performing from Brooklyn.

After years of honing her signature style on hip-hop's underground circuit, 4-time Grammy nominee Iggy Azalea burst onto the charts and emerged as the breakout story of 2014. Her smash hit, "Fancy" featuring Charli XCX, rocketed to #1, breaking airplay and Spotify records along the way. After an astounding 7 weeks at #1, Iggy Azalea made history on the Billboard Hot 100 as "Fancy" rewrote the record for the longest-leading No. 1 song by a female rapper. Iggy made chart history again as the first artist since The Beatles to rank at Nos. 1 and 2 simultaneously with their first two Hot 100 hits. "Fancy" has been unilaterally dubbed 2014's "Song Of The Summer" and has been covered by everyone from Saturday Night Live, to Jimmy Fallon, to Weird Al Yankovic. Iggy's debut album "The New Classic" peaked at #1 on the Billboard Rap Album charts, a first for an international female artist. Iggy's new single, "Black Widow" featuring Rita Ora, hit #1 at Top 40 and Rhythmic radio.

Bastille has been touring non-stop in support of its debut album, "Bad Blood," which entered the U.K. albums chart at No. 1 and has sold over a million albums in the U.S. The band's breakthrough hit, "Pompeii," has now been certified four times Platinum by the RIAA in the U.S. It is certified Platinum (or multi-Platinum) in a total of seven countries, including the U.K., Australia, Canada and Italy. "Pompeii" is the most-streamed track of all time in the U.K. and one of the most-streamed tracks of 2014 on Spotify. The track has ruled at radio, topping Billboard's Alternative Songs, Hot Rock Songs and Adult Alternative Songs charts and entering the Top 5 at the Mainstream Top 40 and Adult Top 40 formats. The official video has more than 125 million views. "Flaws," the latest single from "Bad Blood," is quickly climbing the Alternative radio charts. In addition to its remarkable chart success, Bastille has been honored with a GRAMMY nomination for Best New Artist. The group has won a BRIT Award, an mtvU Woodie and a Teen Choice Award and was nominated for two American Music Awards, five World Music Awards and numerous other honors.

Five years in from making his debut in pop music, Jason Derulo has sold more than 45 million records worldwide and amassed almost 1.5 billion views on his YouTube Channel. His last song, "Wiggle," featuring Snoop Dogg, is his eighth song to reach the Top 10 on the Top 40 format and his ninth platinum-selling single. Derulo's ubiquitous hit "Talk Dirty," featuring 2 Chainz, was his most successful track to date, having sold more than six million singles worldwide with a music video that has garnered almost 250 million views on YouTube. His fifth single from the "Talk Dirty" album, "Trumpets" is his fifth platinum song off of the album, putting him in an elite category of hit-making artists to accomplish the feat such as Drake (Take Care 2014), Katy Perry (Teenage Dream 2010), Bruno Mars (Doo Wops... 2010), Black Eyed Peas (The End 2009), Beyonce (Sasha Fierce 2008), P!nk (Funhouse 2008), Rihanna (Good Girl 2007) and Taylor Swift (Taylor Swift 2007). The Miami-native's career started when he was 16 years old and began writing songs for artists like Lil Wayne, Pitbull, Diddy, Sean Kingston, Cassie and Danity Kane. He was the Teen Choice Awards 2014 "Choice Single Male" winner and also received two additional nominations including "Choice Summer Song" and "Choice Summer Music Star: Male." The pop star's video for "Talk Dirty" also earned him two additional nominations at the MTV Music Video Awards for "Best Pop Video" and "Best Choreography."

Grammy-nominated vocal quintet, Pentatonix, is celebrating the Christmas season with the #1 holiday album in America. "That's Christmas To Me," currently the #2 album on Billboard's Top 200 Chart (#1 Digital, #1 Holiday) has already been certified gold and has been sitting atop the Holiday Chart since its release 7 weeks ago (2012's PTXmas is currently #5 on the Holiday Chart). The group's six videos in support of the holiday album -- "Dance of The Sugar Plum Fairy," "White Winter Hymnal," "Winter Wonderland /Don't Worry Be Happy" featuring Tori Kelly, "Mary, Did You Know?," "Silent Night" and their original song and title track, "That's Christmas To Me" - have been viewed more than 35 million times. Consisting of vocalists Scott Hoying, Kirstin Maldonado and Mitch Grassi, vocal bass Avi Kaplan and beatboxer Kevin "K.O." Olusola, Pentatonix have also recently released PTX Vol. III which has already released 4 music videos, yielding more than 30 million views. The group has eclipsed 7 million YouTube subscribers (more than both Avicii and Beyoncé), with more than 700 million cumulative views. Their music video for "Daft Punk" has been viewed more than 100 million times and the medley earned the group their first Grammy nomination.

Rixton's debut Me And My Broken Heart EP, featuring their multi-platinum hit single of the same title, cracked the Top 10 and Top 40 radio charts, climbed to No. 1 on the UK Singles chart and ranks one of the most Shazam-ed new tracks in the U.S., while the official video has racked up more than 40 million views on YouTube/VEVO. Rixton have delivered killer performances on Late Night With Seth Meyers, The Voice, Ellen, So You Think You Can Dance, The TODAY Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and more, in addition to being featured as an MTV 2014 "Artist To Watch" and a VEVO LIFT artist. The band released their follow up track "Wait On Me" and just announced their new single "Hotel Ceiling" will be released in January.
