"THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON" HEADS TO PHOENIX FOR LIVE FEB. 1 POST-SUPER BOWL BROADCAST
Show Stays West and Moves to Los Angeles for Feb. 2-5 Telecasts
NEW YORK - Sept. 30, 2014 - Late night's top-rated and most-watched weeknight program, "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," will head west for a special live telecast on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015.
The show will air from Phoenix's Orpheum Theater following NBC's broadcast of Super Bowl XLIX, an original episode of "The Blacklist" and the NBC stations' late local news.
"The Tonight Show" will continue on the road taping Feb. 2-5 in Los Angeles, at Universal Studios Hollywood. This trip will mark the late-night franchise's first visit to Los Angeles since moving back east to 30 Rockefeller Plaza's studio 6B in New York.
