GOLDEN GLOBE(R) AND EMMY(R) NOMINEE MORGAN FAIRCHILD AND LINDSAY HARTLEY STAR IN 'PERFECT ON PAPER,' A HALLMARK CHANNEL ORIGINAL MOVIE WORLD PREMIERE SEPTEMBER 20

Drew Fuller, Haley Strode, Kieren Hutchison and Bryce Clyde Jenkins Co-Star

An idealistic, young book editor reluctantly relocates to Los Angeles to edit a bestselling author's romance novel and learns about true love along the way in "Perfect on Paper," a Hallmark Channel Original Movie World Premiere Saturday, September 20 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C). Lindsay Hartley ("Passions," "All My Children") and Golden Globe(R) and Emmy(R) nominee Morgan Fairchild ("The Seduction," "The Bold and the Beautiful") star with Drew Fuller ("Charmed"), Haley Strode ("Gangster Squad"), Kieren Hutchison ("One Tree Hill") and Bryce Clyde Jenkins ("The To Do List") in this heartwarming romantic dramedy.

"We are delighted to work with the very talented Morgan Fairchild and Lindsay Hartley who both bring comedic wit and charm to their characters in this romantic comedy our audience will love," said Michelle Vicary, Executive Vice President of Programming, Crown Media Family Networks.

Portland book editor Natalie Holland (Hartley) has chosen the wrong guy - another underachiever - once again. With her life going nowhere fast, she accepts a job offer from publisher/friend Avery Goldstein (Strode) and moves to Los Angeles. A woman of depth and principle, Portland chic Natalie is a fish out of water in LA. Things only get worse when she learns she's been hired to edit the latest romance novel from bestselling author Beverly Wilcox (Fairchild), a powerful, glamorous and intimidating figure straight out of "The Devil Wears Prada." Warily taking this assignment, Natalie struggles to maintain her integrity as she contends with Beverly's criticisms and threats. Along the way, complications arise when she meets a handsome surfer (Fuller) -- who mentors a young boy (Jenkins) -- and a charming, successful LA attorney (Hutchison). As tensions mount at work and in romance, the young editor learns a lesson about judging a book by its cover and finds out that guys who look "perfect on paper" may not always be the better choice.

"Perfect On Paper" is a Domain Media Production in association with Larry Levinson Productions. Larry Levinson is the executive producer. James Wilberger is the producer. Ron Oliver directed from a script by Jennifer Notas and Bob Saenz.
