TLC HEADS BACK SOUTH FOR WEDDING SEASON WITH ALL-NEW EPISODES OF "SAY YES TO THE DRESS: ATLANTA"
--Season 7 premieres Friday, June 6 at 9/8c with back-to-back episodes--
(New York, NY) - With wedding bells at an all-time high in June, TLC heads back to Atlanta just in time for wedding season with all-new episodes of SAY YES TO THE DRESS: ATLANTA on Friday, June 6 at 9/8c. With back-to-back premiere episodes, the upcoming season features a new batch of southern brides-to-be as they visit Bridals by Lori in search of their dream dress.
Season 7 kicks off with an emotional yet stressful appointment, where one bride comes in with her fiancé needing a dress within hours of her same-day courthouse nuptials. With her fiancé's deployment to Afghanistan the following day, this couple has to fast track their plans. This season also features a case of unconventional vs. traditional, as a bride who sees herself walking down the aisle in a fitted black dress battles with her mother who's set on her daughter choosing a classic white ball gown. Meanwhile at another appointment, a humble bride who grew up in a Children's Home never had the opportunity to shop for her own formal dress, until now. A legally blind bride also visits Bridals by Lori, in search of her perfect romantic lace dress, but will her overbearing mother be able to let go of her little girl? And while the fiancée of pro wrestler Shane "The Hurricane" Helms struggles to stay in control of the appointment, another bride-to-be is on a mission to find a replica of the huge princess gown featured in the film "Coming to America." Once again, it will be up to Lori Allen, Monte Durham, and the Bridals by Lori team of experts to find solutions for these indecisive yet determined brides-to-be.
SAY YES TO THE DRESS: ATLANTA is taped inside Bridals by Lori, one of the largest and busiest bridal salons in the south. The series follows a variety of particular and strong-willed southern brides and their entourages as they set out to find the perfect dress for their big day.
SAY YES TO THE DRESS: ATLANTA is produced by NorthSouth Productions for TLC.
