ABC Renews Electus' "Bet on Your Baby" for a Second Season

Melissa Peterman, Star of ABC Family's Hit Series "Baby Daddy," Hosts New Episodes

New York, NY-- (January 28, 2014) -- Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI) and 5x5 Media, today announced that "Bet on Your Baby" has been renewed by ABC for a second season. The game show, hosted by Melissa Peterman (star of ABC Family's hit show "Baby Daddy"), challenges parents to try to predict their child's next move in an effort to win money for their child's future education. ABC has ordered eight episodes for the new season.

During its first season, "Bet on Your Baby" found success as part of the network's spring weekend lineup. In its third season, Melissa Peterson's "Baby Daddy" still stands as ABC Family's #1 comedy of all time, and is currently airing all new episodes Wednesday nights at 8:30pm ET/PT on ABC Family.

"Bet On Your Baby" was created by 5x5 Media's Craig Armstrong, Rick Ringbakk, Charles Wachter and Electus' Ben Silverman and Jimmy Fox. The series is executive produced by Electus (Ben Silverman, Chris Grant, Jimmy Fox) and 5x5 Media (Craig Armstrong and Rick Ringbakk). Electus International, the global distribution arm of Electus, will distribute the series internationally.
