College Football: ESPN & ABC Showcase No. 1 Alabama, No. 4 Ohio State & No. 5 Stanford in Prime Time

College Football: ESPN & ABC Showcase No. 1 Alabama, No. 4 Ohio State & No. 5 Stanford in Prime Time

ESPN networks will carry four of the top five ranked teams - and nine of the top 15 - on Saturday, Sept. 28, highlighted by prime-time telecasts of No. 1 Alabama and No. 5 Stanford on ESPN and No. 4 Ohio State on ABC.

An ESPN Saturday night doubleheader will showcase No. 1 Alabama against undefeated SEC West Division rival No. 21 Ole Miss at 6:30 p.m. ET followed by No. 5 Stanford at one-loss Pac-12 North Division foe Washington State at 10 p.m. The ABC Saturday Night Football Presented by Windows telecast at 8 p.m. will feature No. 4 Ohio State at No. 23 Wisconsin in a matchup of Big Ten Leaders Division opponents.

Additional highlights for Saturday, Sept. 28:

· ABC, ESPN and ESPNU will each televise a top 15 team on the road at noon: No. 12 South Carolina at unbeaten UCF on ABC, No. 11 Oklahoma State at West Virginia on ESPN and No. 15 Miami (Fla.) at South Carolina on ESPNU.

· Two of the ACC's unbeaten and ranked teams will play 3:30 p.m. games against conference foes: No. 3 Clemson against Wake Forest on ESPNU and No. 8 Florida State at Boston College on ABC (ESPN2 will reverse mirror the game with Iowa at Minnesota).

· Two of the networks' 7 p.m. games will include a ranked team on the road: No. 10 Texas A&M at Arkansas on ESPN2 and ESPN Radio and No. 20 Florida at Kentucky on ESPNU.

All ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN3 games will be available through WatchESPN, accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app, through ESPN on Xbox LIVE to Gold members and on Apple TV to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider.

ESPN Goal Line network will offer unlimited live cut-ins and highlights from numerous top college football games every Saturday beginning at noon. Goal Line is currently available to Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Cox, Cablevision, Verizon FiOS TV, Comcast and Midcontinent Communications customers.
