OXYGEN MEDIA'S DEVELOPMENT HEAD CORI ABRAHAM EXPANDS HER ROLE TO INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL OVERSIGHT

NEW YORK - July 16, 2013 - Oxygen Media today announced the expansion of Cori Abraham's role to include International effective immediately. Abraham, who served as Senior Vice President, Development for more than three years, will carry the new title of Senior Vice President, Development and International, expanding her role to include International business, while continuing to oversee the development team. She will be the Oxygen point person on International, working with the NBCU international sales team. Her International responsibilities will offer the network a keen, creative eye on global formats that can be brought back to the U.S. as well as the global sale of Oxygen branded programming. For development, Abraham will continue to report to Rod Aissa, Senior Vice President, Original Programming and Development, while reporting to Oxygen President Jason Klarman on International business.

"Cori's development success in the last year alone has been significant for the network," said Klarman. "Bringing her creative vision and passion will help take Oxygen's international efforts to the next level."

On the pulse of industry trends, Abraham and her team are credited with developing some of the biggest and most buzzed about reality hits such as the popular tattoo competition series "Best Ink," hosted by Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, which recently received a season three greenlight, and the first-ever unscripted spin-off of a scripted series, with the award-winning competition series "The Glee Project." Additional success includes the network's critically acclaimed modeling competition series "The Face," with Naomi Campbell, which has been greenlit for a season two. The series has also been confirmed for a UK version to air on the Sky Living Network.

Prior to Oxygen, Abraham served as Vice President of Development at Bravo overseeing development on both coasts. During her tenure at Bravo, she executive produced such hits as the two time Emmy(R) award-winning "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List," and developed "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and "Thintervention with Jackie Warner." She was also behind the development of the freshman series "Bethenny Getting Married?." Prior to her work at Bravo, she served as Director of Development and Executive Producer at VH1 and spent three years at FX as the Director of Comedy Development.

A highly regarded industry executive, Abraham has won two Emmys(R) for Bravo's "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List," and her shows have received NAMIC and GLAAD awards. Abraham is an active participant in NBCUniversal's Executive Mentor Program, providing guidance, advice and a positive outlook on the media business to more than six mentees during her involvement, many of whom are now heads of production companies and top industry executives.
