New York, NY (May 6, 2013) - Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), today announced a strategic investment in Hud:sun Media, a production and entertainment company founded by Michael Rourke and MDC Partners in 2010.
