Denver at Maryland Tips off NIT Second Round
Exclusive coverage of the entire 76th National Invitation Tournament (NIT) continues today, March 21, at 7 p.m. ET on ESPNU with Denver at Maryland. First Round upsets include Robert Morris over No. 1 seed Kentucky, Mercer over No. 2 seed Tennessee and Stony Brook over No. 2 seed Massachusetts.
All 31 NIT games will air across ESPN networks, with quarterfinal action continuing from campus sites. The NIT Semifinal games tip-off at Madison Square Garden on ESPN2, Tuesday, April 2, beginning at 7 p.m., and the NIT Championship will follow on Thursday, April 4 at 9 p.m. on ESPN. Play by play commentator Bob Wischusen will be joined by analysts Bill Raftery for the semifinals and Bob Knight for the final game of the tournament.
