LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- ABC has pulled the plug on its freshman dramas "666 Park Avenue" and "Last Resort."
Both series however will continue to broadcast their initial 13-episode orders on Sundays and Thursdays, respectively.
The news was first reported by Deadline.com.
"Last Resort" and "666 Park Avenue" both posted a 1.3 rating among adults 18-49 in their most recent telecasts, matching their series lows.
Last year's time period holders "Charlie's Angels" and "Pan Am" suffered similar fates as the former served up a 1.1 in said demo for its final Thursday broadcast (11/10/11) while the latter - following the more potent "Desperate Housewives" - actually outperformed "666" in year-to-year comparisons (1.8 on 11/13/11).
