REGIS PHILBIN, CHAZZ PALMINTERI, GINA GERSHON, MICHAEL RAPAPORT AND MORE CELEBRITIES REVISIT THE SITES OF THEIR HAUNTINGS WITH RENOWNED PSYCHIC-MEDIUM KIM RUSSO
NEW YORK, NY, October 15, 2012 - BIO presents "The Haunting Of," a new original series with world-renowned psychic-medium Kim Russo, as she gives an exclusive look at celebrities who have had their lives changed by paranormal events. The supernatural journey premieres Saturday, October 27th at 10PM ET/10PM PT.
Each one-hour episode of "The Haunting Of" will feature celebrities' real life encounters with the paranormal as they return to the site of their traumatic experience. During the precarious journey, Kim Russo will unlock the secrets that haunted each celebrity on that fateful day and explain the unexplained. Throughout the journey, Kim will also unveil shocking psychic moments and surprising personal revelations as she tunes into the celebrities' personal lives and connects with their loved ones who have crossed over.
Celebrities in this season include: Eric Mabius ("Resident Evil", "Ugly Betty"), Regis Philbin ("Who Wants to be a Millionaire", "Live With Regis and Kelly"), Beverly Mitchell ("7th Heaven", "Saw II"), Connie Stevens ("Hawaiian Eye", "Grease 2"), Kelly Carlson ("Nip/Tuck", "The Marine"), Chazz Palminteri ("The Ususal Suspects", "A Bronx Tale"), Michael Rapaport ("Boston Public", "Prison Break"), Gina Gershon ("Face/Off", "Bound") and Fairuza Balk ("American History X", "The Craft").
Each episode will feature a different celebrity. Stories include: Eric Mabius who returns to his childhood home to confront the ghost he saw when he was child. Together with Kim Russo, they uncover secrets from the past. Regis Philbin and Kim return to the Whaley House, one of the most haunted places in America, to find out why a ghost appeared to him and why she left so suddenly. Michael Rapaport and a long-time friend revisit his former high school in Brooklyn where late students once haunted them. Kim communicates with the spirits at the school to relay answers to Michael's questions. Beverly Mitchell goes back to the notoriously haunted Pennhurst Asylum where she once shot a film and was harassed by spirits. Her and Kim confront the same entities and figure out why she was targeted.
