Meet the Cast

Ben Way

U.K. native Ben Way is an entrepreneurial prodigy. Having made and lost millions of dollars before the age of 22, Ben is poised to make another run at changing the world along with his newly reunited sister, Hermione. With Ben's lengthy business experience and Hermione's connections, these two have all the ingredients to turn their concept into an IPO, as long as their sibling rivalry doesn't get in the way of their lofty goals.

Hermione Way

Sister to Ben, Hermione Way is a trained journalist and savvy marketing specialist transitioning from covering technology news to making it. Recently taking on the role of start-up Co-Founder with her brother, she struggles to find the balance between her Silicon Valley connections and Ben's business sense.

Sarah Austin

Silicon Valley native, Sarah Austin claims to be the Internet's first "life-caster" by broadcasting her every move for the world to see. Her bubbly personality and high energy brings millions of hits to her site every month, but where Sarah goes, drama is sure to follow. Her ongoing feud with Hermione and occasional hook ups with Ben threaten to be too much for the siblings to handle. As Sarah tries to let it be water under the bridge, old drama is replaced by new.

Dwight Crow

Wild, crazy and absolutely brilliant, Dwight Crow is a programming savant. When he's not intensely coding next to his 10th cup of coffee, he's out partying with his hacker buddies and solving complex algorithms while playing beer pong.

David Murray

David Murray is one missed mortgage payment away from losing everything. Still, he's setting his sights on creating the next big app without funding. His positive attitude makes him everyone's best friend, but when those friends force him to pick sides, David is reluctantly stuck in the middle.

Kim Taylor

Mid-West transplant Kim Taylor moved to Silicon Valley and helped lead a fledgling company to legitimate success, all while making more money than she ever imagined. But Kim's insatiable appetite to trade security and comfort to forge her own start-up dreams lead her to another fork in the road as she works to blaze her own path.

"Start-Ups: Silicon Valley" is produced by Den of Thieves with Jesse Ignjatovic and Evan Prager serving as Executive Producers along with Randi Zuckerberg as Executive Producer for Zuckerberg Media. Eric Detwiler serves as co-executive producer.
