THE ENCHANTING CATHERINE BELL IS BACK WITH A NEW CAREER AND A NEWBORN IN "THE GOOD WITCH'S CHARM," A HALLMARK CHANNEL ORIGINAL WORLD PREMIERE, OCTOBER 27

Co-Starring Chris Potter

It's a balancing act for Catherine Bell ("Army Wives") and Chris Potter ("Heartland") as they return to star in the World Premiere of "The Good Witch's Charm," a Hallmark Channel Original Movie, Saturday, October 27 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C). In the fifth installment of Hallmark Channel's highest-rated and longest-running original movie series, Bell has eagerly embraced her new job as Mayor while trying to spend quality time with her family. Joining Bell and Potter in the magical tale are Catherine Disher ("The Border"), Hannah Endicott-Douglas ("Casino Jack"), Geordie Johnson ("Durham County") and Janet-Laine Green ("Haven").

Good Witch Cassie Nightingale (Bell) is back to her bewitching ways, but this time she's also juggling a newborn daughter and her job as town Mayor. With such a busy schedule she and her husband, town sheriff Jake Russell (Potter), aren't getting much sleep. Hoping for a break, Cassie plans a much needed vacation with her new family. But things go awry when a crime wave sweeps through town and an investigative reporter (Johnson) tries to ruin Cassie's image after a video of her magically disappearing turns up on the internet. To make matters worse, Cassie's estranged foster mother (Green) appears in town and Cassie's stepdaughter (Endicott-Douglas) is suddenly accused of the recent robberies. Supported by her loyal family and friends, Cassie must rely on her signature charm to put a stop to the rumors before they completely destroy the town and a Good Witch's reputation!

"The Good Witch's Charm," is a Whizbang Films Production. Orly Adelson, Jonathan Eskenas and Frank Siracusa are executive producers. Catherine Bell, Chris Potter and Craig Pryce are co-executive producers. Manny Danelon is the producer and Janina Barrett is associate producer. Craig Pryce directed from a script by G. Ross Parker based on characters created by Rod Spence.
