By The Futon Critic Staff (TFC)

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC Entertainment chief Robert Greenblatt made it official this morning: "30 Rock" is entering its final season this fall.

The period drama, to be overseen by "Luther" creator Neil Cross, has been in the works since June. Greenblatt likewise made a point to mention "Mockingbird Lane," its reboot of "The Munsters," will film its pilot next month for potential midseason consideration.

-- And finally, Greenblatt indicated "Rock Center With Brian Williams" will make the move to Thursdays this summer in advance of its fall rollout. No hard date however was indicated.
