SHOWTIME(R) TO AIR SPECIAL "HOUSE OF LIES" MARATHON
First seven episodes will run back-to-back Sunday, February 26th, Beginning at 8 PM ET/PT
LOS ANGELES, CA - (February 15, 2012) - Fans of the hit SHOWTIME comedy series HOUSE OF LIES will get a chance to catch up on the season so far with a special marathon. On Sunday, February 26th, the first seven half-hour episodes of the season will air back-to-back beginning at 8:00 PM (ET/PT). HOUSE OF LIES debuted as the network's second highest-rated freshman premiere night ever and is on track to be the network's highest-rated comedy. Season-to-date, the series, which was just picked up for a second season, is averaging 3.59 million viewers per week across platforms.
HOUSE OF LIES, starring Academy Award(R) nominee Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell, is a timely, dark comedy that dives head first into the shark tank known as corporate America. Marty Kaan (Cheadle) is the big-money earner at Galweather & Stearn, along with his hot, young team - The Pod, of big-balling power players - Jeannie (Bell), Clyde (Ben Schwartz) and Doug (Josh Lawson). Marty and The Pod's work life is all first-class, top-shelf, black Am Ex, the best suites at the nicest hotels. Marty is the ultimate power player and under his direction, this ruthless, pull-no-punches team is here to beat the corporate suckers at their own game - and they're loving every minute of it. Dawn Olivieri, Donis Leonard Jr. and Glynn Turman also star.
