CMT WRANGLES "TEXAS WOMEN" PREMIERING THURSDAY, JULY 14 AT 10:00 P.M., ET/PT

Housewives and LA Fashionistas Have Nothing on Four Southern Spitfires from Texas!

LOS ANGELES - June 28, 2011 - Tune in to CMT'S new reality series featuring wild women from Texas who aren't afraid to grab the bull by the horns. TEXAS WOMEN, premiering on Thursday, July 14 at 10:00 P.M., ET/PT, gives viewers an unexpected and exciting peek inside the lives of four young, gorgeous, and sassy women who work and play in the Lone Star State.

Fort Worth, Texas is the home of rodeo, barbeque, honky tonks and four women whose days are as wild as their nights. With Ali Dee, an aspiring country singer, Brooke Jeter, a professional barrel racer, Anna Hunt, a wild stock contractor, and Hannah Helvey, a dedicated party girl, they couldn't be more different. Yet these country divas combine forces to stir up trouble wherever they go. The series kicks off as Hannah and Anna become roommates, but quickly realize that they are opposites in every way. The gloves come off - literally - as the two sirens end up in a physical altercation. The subsequent tension forces the other girls to pick sides, but in the end these southern belles get their priorities in order: they head to the bar, determined to move on as if nothing ever happened.

The cast includes:

Brooke Jeter: She is a professional barrel racer and part-time housewife with a quick tongue and no filter. Being the only married gal in the bunch hasn't slowed her down because she still loves to party. This self-proclaimed "True Blue" woman is married to the National Finals Rodeo Champion Bareback Rider, Jason Jeter.

Ali Dee: An aspiring country music singer and television host for the Dallas Mavericks, Ali's willing to do whatever it takes to make it to the top. She lives with her boyfriend, Cory Melton, a champion bull rider, but her career comes first. She is cutting her first album and playing live shows all over Texas.

Hannah Helvey: She's the youngest of the four and the wild child of the group. With strong ties to her family, she refers to herself as "Hurricane Hannah," the least responsible of the ladies. She's a force of nature who usually gets what she wants, which makes for some tense situations with her roommate, Anna.

Anna Hunt: Roommates with Hannah, she's as strong-willed as the bucking bulls she raises and sells to rodeos as a stock contractor. A woman working in a man's world, Anna's learned to use her feminine attributes to her advantage. She may be a five-foot-one blonde bombshell, but Anna can rope a steer, buck a bull, and tie down a cowboy as quickly as she can whip up a gourmet feast.

Each week the fantastic quartet of gorgeous TEXAS WOMEN juggle their love lives and careers, all while maintaining their friendship and proving that being a diva is tougher than riding bareback. From concerts and rodeos to a day at the salon or a night on the town, these women know how to live life to the fullest - on and off the ranch.

TEXAS WOMEN is produced by 3 Ball Productions/Eyeworks USA. Executive-producing for 3 Ball are JD Roth, Todd A. Nelson, Adam Kaloustian and Julia Silverton. Melanie Moreau and Jayson Dinsmore are executive producing for CMT.
