LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC isn't going to let "Love Bites" sit on the shelf after all.
The anthology series, featuring "three loosely connected, modern stories of love, sex, marriage and dating," will debut Thursday, June 2 at 10:00/9:00c, the network confirmed this afternoon.
Nine episodes have been completed of the Universal Media Studios-based hour, which was originally slated for said slot in the fall but was postponed in favor of a celebrity-less edition of "The Apprentice." Becki Newton, Constance Zimmer and Greg Grunberg are among the featured regulars.
The Peacock also revealed repeats of "Community," "30 Rock," "The Office" and "Parks & Recreation" will fill out the night - in that order beginning at 8:00/7:00c - for the rest of the summer.
Still yet to be announced: a launch date for "Friends With Benefits," a single-camera comedy starring Ryan Hansen and Danneel Ackles.
