CHILLER ANNOUNCES 2011 PROGRAMMING SLATE
Network To Premiere Two Original Movies And New Original Special
NEW YORK - March 22, 2011 - Hot on the heels of last year's unprecedented ratings growth, Chiller has unveiled an all-new slate of original programming for 2011, it was announced today by Thomas P. Vitale, Executive Vice President, Programming & Original Movies, Syfy and Chiller. The network will bring viewers three new projects for 2011: a new special and two original movies. All are slated to air over the third and fourth quarters of this year.
The network's first original special, Chiller 13: The Decade's Scariest Movie Moments, was a hit when it debuted in December 2010, and closed out what was already a triumphant year. Since officially receiving Nielsen ratings in June 2010, Chiller prime has grown double digits, up +47% in Adults 18-49 and +20% in Adults 25-54.

ORIGINAL MOVIES
STEVE NILES' 'REMAINS'
Based on the graphic novel by Steve Niles (30 Days of Night), and set in a chilling post-apocalyptic Reno, Nevada, Remains follows the two lone survivors of a bizarre accident that reduced most of the world's population to zombies. The pair take refuge in a vacant casino and fight a losing battle against the undead, who grow steadily stronger, smarter and more aggressive by the minute. Remains is written by John Doolan and directed by Colin Theys; Andrew Gernhard and Zach O'Brien will serve as producers for Synthetic Cinema International.
BRIAN KEENE'S 'GHOUL'
A group of young friends risk their lives to stop who - or what - is behind a rash of disappearances in their town. Based on the acclaimed novel by horror maven Brian Keene, Ghoul is written by William M. Miller and directed by Gregory M. Wilson. Andrew van den Houten and Robert Tonino (The Woman) will serve as producer for MODERNCIN�. Ghoul replaces the previously-announced original movie, The Passenger.

CHILLER 13: HORROR'S CREEPIEST KIDS
Following the success of 2010's countdown special, Chiller 13: The Decade's Scariest Movie Moments, this December Chiller will continue its year-end tradition by taking a look back at the 13 all-time creepiest kids in horror. Chiller 13: The Decade's Scariest Movie Moments drew 2.7 million viewers to the network over its airings, 27% of whom were new viewers to Chiller prime. Chiller 13 is produced by Emmy Award-winning company Associated Television International.
