NEW YORK - September 13, 2010 - Bravo will host its live, watercooler social media event - the Talk Bubble - for the exciting finale of "Top Chef D.C." this Wednesday, September 15 at 10pm ET/PT. Fans can join host Padma Lakshmi and judges Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Eric Ripert, along with a number of current and past chef'testants - Bryan Voltaggio, Kevin Sbraga, Ed Cotton, Kevin Gillespie and Kelly Liken - who will all join live to tweet during the finale episode. In the final leg of "Top Chef D.C.'s" international finale, the remaining three chefs - Ed Cotton, Kevin Sbraga and Angelo Sosa are tasked with creating a dinner for Singaporean and International Chefs and personalities at the Jim Thompson Restaurant in trendy Singapore hot spot Dempsey Hill. Singapore is a melting pot of all things culinary - with influences of Chinese, Indian, Malay and Eurasian cuisines - their culinary landscape is constantly evolving. The final chef'testants are put to the test, embarking on many challenges indigenous to the region, encompassing both fine dining elements and native street cuisine all culminating in a dramatic fight for the title of "Top Chef" where the winner will be named on Wednesday, September 15 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
