Planet Green Announces 14 Acquisitions at MIPTV 2010

(New York, N.Y.) To kick off the network's presence at MIPTV 2010, Planet Green announced the acquisition of 14 series, special programs and renowned feature films to the 2010 schedule. With this robust addition to the network's programming slate, Planet Green will continue to provide audiences with content that focuses on the lives and passions of innovators on the verge of changing our world. The series and specials will air in VERGE- -- Planet Green's all-new primetime programming destination for conscious living featuring great, inspiring characters and storytelling -- and the feature films will run in REEL IMPACT, the network's weekly documentary strand airing Saturday nights. In addition, sister network Discovery Health has acquired three programs, slated to air through fourth quarter 2010.
