CBS TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION NAMES JOHN TERENZIO AS EXECUTIVE PRODUCER OF SWIFT JUSTICE WITH NANCY GRACE

LOS ANGELES - January 25, 2009 - Veteran television producer John Terenzio will helm CTD's "Swift Justice With Nancy Grace" as executive producer, it was announced today by Terry Wood, President of Development and Creative Affairs for CBS Television Distribution.

"John Terenzio came to us with a terrific concept in 'Swift Justice' - an exciting new way to approach justice on television - and we believe it's the perfect fit with Nancy's unique voice and personality," Wood said. "John is a very strong, passionate executive producer with a proven track record in the court genre, so we think 'Swift Justice' is off to a great start. I couldn't be more excited about bringing these two very talented people together for what I think will be the next great series in syndication."

Wood added, "We are proud of our track record of creating engaging and entertaining shows around such stand-out personalities as Dr. Phil and Rachael Ray, and we have every expectation that Nancy Grace will reach the audience in a compelling way. Nancy is a big star who knows how to take the law and make it entertaining."

Terenzio has been the executive producer of the #2 syndicated court show, "Judge Joe Brown," which is also distributed by CTD, for the last six years. He will continue in that role as well.

"With Swift Justice,' we're going to take a 21st century approach to a proven genre," said Terenzio. "Combining Nancy's unique voice with the latest technology, we're going to create a cutting edge courtroom where America can participate in telling compelling stories of justice."

Before he joined "Judge Joe Brown," Terenzio spent much of his career producing sports and news programming, having served as president of programming and publishing at Broadband Sports; executive vice president and executive producer of Fox Sports Net; and executive producer of syndicated newsmagazine "A Current Affair."

After beginning his career producing local news at KYW-TV, Philadelphia, and WPLG-TV, Miami, he moved to the national level working at both ABC News and NBC News. Terenzio is a graduate of Northwestern University where he earned his degree in journalism.

"Swift Justice With Nancy Grace" will offer a fresh take on the court genre, with Grace's tell-it-like-it-is form of justice taking center stage. Grace is former prosecutor and well-known legal analyst. The strip is currently sold in 90% of the country as back-to-back half-hours and is targeted for a fall 2010 debut. It will air mostly in afternoon and early-fringe time periods.

CBS Television Distribution is the preeminent company in worldwide television syndication.
