Headlining the week is the premiere of CONFESSIONS OF A REALITY SHOW LOSER on Wednesday, January 6, at 9 PM (ET/PT). This hour-long special chronicles the weight woes of Erik Chopin, best known as the season three winner of NBC's "Biggest Loser" after losing an astounding 214 lbs. Since the show wrapped in 2006, Erik has gained almost all of the weight back, leaving him at risk for serious obesity-related health problems and feeling demoralized. Dr. Oz takes viewers on a walk down memory lane, featuring a look back at the various stories Discovery Health has filmed over the years from Carmen the chef, who lost 40 lbs in just a few months, to Frank the bowler, whose three-month intervention with Dr. Oz actually saved his life.
