Discovery Channel Celebrates the Holidays with All-Day Marathon Lineups
The eight-night event will feature all of Discovery's signature original series.

DISCOVERY CHANNEL CELEBRATES THE HOLIDAYS WITH ALL-DAY MARATHON LINEUPS

This holiday season, Discovery Channel has lined up all-day marathons of hit series MYTHBUSTERS, DEADLIEST CATCH, DIRTY JOBS, STORM CHASERS and GHOST LAB. On November 26, beat the bloat and celebrate Thanksgiving day busting myths with a MYTHBUSTERS marathon of select episodes from various seasons. Sick of turkey? On Friday, November 27, venture onto the Bering Sea for episodes from the fifth season of the Emmy�-winning DEADLIEST CATCH, and spend the day getting dirty with DIRTY JOBS' Mike Rowe on Saturday, November 28. On Sunday, November 29, catch up on the third season of STORM CHASERS, starting with an encore presentation of STORM CHASERS GREATEST STORMS at 1PM ET/PT, and leading up to the two-hour season finale beginning at 9PM ET/PT.

In December, catch the Christmas spirit with DIRTY JOBS on Thursday, December 24, followed by marathons of MYTHBUSTERS and DEADLIEST CATCH on Friday, December 25 and Saturday, December 26, respectively. Finish off 2009 with the Klinge brothers, as they spend New Year's Eve tackling what are thought to be some of America's most haunted locations in a GHOST LAB marathon of the series' first season. Finally, blast into 2010 with a full day of MYTHBUSTERS on New Year's Day.
